A $52 USD Registration Fee is required by the association. By signing a document called Short Term Application Package and a simple short-term rental agreement. Once registered you will have access to the building and to ONE complementary parking space inside the building.
Please be aware that this application has to be sent to the association with AT LEAST 24 BUSINESS HOURS prior to your arrival date in order to be processed. Not doing so may delay your check in time.

Great view, convenient location!
Located in the heart of Brickell, this location has a great view of the water, sunrises included! Walking to clubs and restaurants was under 10 minutes and rideshares found us easily for longer trips. Less than 20 minutes from the airport, this was a great selection. Jorge is great property owner/Vrbo host!

Beautiful view and great area.
Great place for a family of 5 anything over 7 would be a really tight fit. The view is breathtaking with a very safe clean neighborhood. My only issues while staying is the elevator time was a l20 minutes Wait at times. The receptionist at ck in are very upfront on how much the full time residents didn’t like all the vrbo ppl coming through which was uncomfortable. And the neighbors to this condo were very loud and using very offensive language. The place it’s self is cute. Definitely leave for Ck out way before 11 the Elevators are super congested.

OK Rental
OK, that sums it up. The place was dirty. Luckily there were Clorox wipes under the sink. We had to wipe most surfaces off, including dried ketchup, or something, on the back of the bar stools. We should get a cleaning refund!! Balcony was nice, but furnishings were not. There was a big, un-useful table taking up a good bit of the space, and only a couple of chairs. We were there over the 4th of July, thinking we had front row seats to Miami's Fireworks display, as noted in the listing. Unfortunately, the building sat back a half of a block from the bay and the building in front of us to the left blocked the view of those Fire works. We did have back row seats to fireworks that were possibly coming form South Beach. They were directly in front of us, but way on the other side of the bay somewhere. So we could hear Miami's Fireworks, while watching some others off in the distance. You could leave the building and walk to the Bay wall right in front of the building to see Downtowns fireworks, but we were looking forward to a19th floor front row view as advertised...... The Brickell area is great and it was easy to get around from that area. The pool also closes at 8, which killed our first night plans of hanging pool side.

Property was in a great location. It’s older than expected. The parking garage was VERY tight so be careful going up and down floors. Also the pool rules are very strict.

PERFECT CONDO!
Seven of us women celebrating my 60th bday and Jorge stepped up to all of our requests :) Jorge was very responsive, accommodating, and communicated well. We travel often and use VRBO & AirBnB very often & Jorge was THE absolute best! And the condo itself --- SPECTACULAR VIEW & LOCATION!

Way overpriced, Had Roaches
Hey So I stay at this property for 4 nights. The Check in process is horrible. You have to fill out a lease agreement, pay an additional $50 fee outside of VRBO, and download some app to get the keys. After all that the keyfob u get probably wont even work (not the hosts fault, no one in the building keyfob seemed to work.) The building smells musty in the lobby. The view the apartment had was absolutely amazing but the apartment is just not up to par with the other buildings in the area i have stayed in. The shower curtain had mold on it. And the place had roaches. I found about 4 roaches while staying there. Thought the host would offer a discount, but he only wanted to discount me if I stayed an additional night. The area is nice, the balcony and view are cool. Its a big place. Cool gym and pool. But the roaches are crazy. The price for this place is way too high. I would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful location!!
I originally was skeptical because the price was so high but the location is sooo worth it. The view is gorgeous and the pictures accurately represent it. Jorge was amazing at responding in a timely manner and so nice throughout the entire process. I think it would’ve been helpful to have multiple fobs just because you can’t go up the elevator without which makes it difficult being a large group staying there. The building is a little dated and the actual key used to enter and exit the condo is kind of finicky but otherwise it was a great stay!

Beautiful View
The main reason to rent this property is the view which is 5 star. The property was not very clean and the second bedroom bed was broken. There is a very nice pool and workout facility. The owner needs to have the place cleaned better, fix wall hangings that are just propped against the wall and give more than 1 towel per guest. The check in process is overly complicated and resembled personal checks that were like applying for a government security clearance. The neighborhood is fabulous.

Was charged multiple times
I was charged multiple times by verbo and blue rental whatever. Don’t use this rental verbo will charge you and so will the owner. Told the owner I was having trouble with my card being charged multiple times and he’s still sweating me for drinks I didn’t even drink. Been over two weeks and I’m now having to dispute the charge with my card company. Guy has no problem messaging to ask about drinks but can’t answer when asked about the extra charges. What was charged to my card was 25x the amount supposedly owed for drinks.

We had a good experience overall. The ocean view was beautiful. Soft drink were stocked in the fridge, which is nice. Convenient and closed distance shops and restaurants. It’d be better if they put more work into cleaning the place. Some towels weren’t fresh, they smelled like being used. Hairs were on the bathroom floor. The window shade was broken and I was told to have someone came out to fix it. But nothing was happened and no communication. A more detail to cleaning would make the place better along w a nice view.

Nice place that needs some TLC
The overall experience was ok. However the dishwasher was broke. The owner let me know this 6 weeks in advance. I assumed this was ample time to get this fixed. Apparently not. The main bath exhaust fan did not operate either. The floor cleanliness needed some help as well. I would be curios if anybody else that has stayed here got charged for a bent grey chair. I am 175 lbs and apparently I bent the back of the chair a couple inches. If I did in fact bend the chair I fail to see how having cheap finicky chairs is my fault. That was an unexpected fee. I am still trying to decide if I should reject the unauthorized credit card charge.

The apartment had broken microwave, beds, and the laundry was left in the dryer and the only thing the owner said that he was sorry and that he was sending the cleaning crew over to the apartment. The staff also was rude and looked at us like we don’t belong. Overall it was a bad experience

The view is what makes this condo! We were a family of 10 staying at this condo. Check in was a little confusing for us because we had to download an app and figure out how to use a key cafe. It just seems like a lot of hoops. But hey, if we ever have to get keys again that way, we will know what we are doing! There is an extra fee besides the vrbo payment. Which is a little annoying. It is in the fine print-but I didn’t see that while booking. It’s a condo association fee. The condo needs a little work, like for instance the shower curtain and rods are rusted. But again- the view is amazing. I would suggest because the balcony and view is so amazing, the owner needs to get a bunch of chairs for the balcony so people can sit out there and hang out and enjoy it. We only stayed for one night, but it was a comfortable stay.
