Good Hotel for Price
Service excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating, room recently updated and clean, great location. First impression was not good because carpet in elevator and hallways was stained more than one would expect it should be.

Didn't like the moldy smell. Facilities are in need of tlc. The walls have multiple paint damage from suitcases and the windows are old. The windows are not sound proof. Not worth the money. Will not recommended. The lady at reception was the best part of the hotel!

Everything was great about this location (4 hotels in a row). Excellent service, nice fitness center with mostly working equipment. Continental breakfast or option of 15% off the diner across the street.

we were overcharged significantly be expedia. Upon arrival at the hotel the price would have been 3x less than what was quoted by expedia. Which they locked us into and were not willing to do anything for us. The problem was not the hotel, but dealing with the thieves at expedial. I will NEVER use expedia again.

The hotel was quite old but had a aged charm to it. Nothing fancy but we were out all day and just sleep there one night. We did not use the pool but it looked great We were told about the diner across the street which gave us a 15% discount which was great.

Pictures were deceiving. Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. Amenities were NOT worth the high resort fee. Good location and there was staff all over the place and they were all friendly and helpful. Building was outdated and not maintained very well. Pool was okay. Needs a good cleaning.

Overrated
1-2 stars hotel. The inside is old and makes ones feels dirty. The outside is filthy. Trash cans are very small and we overfill them everyday. Hotel allows pets but the cleaning people wouldn’t enter and clean with the small dogs inside. Hotel needs renovation (inside). Towels were hard. Location is very good. It was not cheap per night.

My friends phone was lost in the hotel and was shown at the security office on find my iPhone but they claimed they didn’t have it. It took 40min for the security guy to come to the front desk and when he did he had a busted Samsung in his hand. He claimed this was all he had even though the manager showed me that an iPhone had been handed in.

Sonny he went out his way to make sure we had a ride from the hotel to the cruises and when we get back we will have a car to take us to the airport . When we enter in the building there was someone opening the door . My husband like that he will be sending me and my girls back for their birthday...

This hotel relies to much on their great location, right in the heart of South Beach. Although check-in was easy, it all went downhill from there. Although the room had a fantastic private, the decor was drab and un-inspired. The safe wasn’t working. It was replaced the next day. There was only one tiny soap, and there was no hit water. Sigh. The second day the tv went out. Still barely Luke warm shower. The third day house keeping didnt show up at all. We had to call for housekeeping. Hi

They go over and beyond! (Especially with a bach!)
My girlfriends and I had a really great stay at the Washington Park Hotel! From the first minute we arrived till long after we had been gone, the staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel truly special to be staying at their hotel. Shoutout to FELIX for going over and beyond to help kickoff my friend's bachelorette weekend in style!! He made sure we had everything we could need and more, he made sure we were imbibing on the right kind of liquids for our trip ;) and most of all, he showed that he gave thought to our circumstances. We'll forever remember what this hotel and Felix did for us, and will always recommend to others to stay here as well!
