Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When i showed up to the property to check in , there was nobody there. I called a for sale sign and the agent was nice enough to contact the owner. The owner called me.back. i texted him a copy of my reservation in which he told.me my reservation looked like a scam and that he already had the Villa booked. He suggested i contact Travelocity. Travelocity was no help before or after. Everytime i wrote to them asking for help.contacting the host , they would write and say they were having problems contacting the host as well and suggested i keep trying. Travelocity customer service is dismal and they have no follow up. I am in Miami with 12 family members including little ones and we have no where to go and our holiday plans are ruined . The best we get is a virtual agent who cant help.
