Peaceful neighborhood, next to Coral Gables. Beatiful brand new and spacious house with very high ceilings,modern design and highest quality . Highly comfortable ,cozy and elegant. Walking distance to known Miracle Mile with the best restaurants and stores in town.Very well located with access to everywhere. Unique 8 bedrooms townhouse , pools has a Smart technology , AC in each floor, integrated E Locks, fully equipped kitchen, and full access to private swimming pools which comunicate both townhouses .
Quite neighborhood, no parties allowed, no loud music, no events.
