Jerry, the luxury penthouse renter, unfortunately does not deliver what is advertised in his listing. The property is in a great location, close to shops, the beach, and other amenities. The hotel itself is clean, and the pool is nice. However, the penthouse was far from the “luxury” experience promised. The master bathroom light was broken, the window in the second bedroom didn’t work, and the upper deck was completely unusable due to floor damage and mold, which leaked down to the first-floor balcony where the table and chairs were located, making that space unusable as well. The tanning chair on the upper balcony was completely ripped apart.Additionally, the listing advertised breakfast as available, but upon checking in, we were told there was no breakfast at all. This was one of the main reasons we booked the property—to have breakfast on-site.The balcony and overall experience did not match the pictures or description in the listing. While the place was okay overall, it was definitely not a luxury penthouse as advertised.
