Must see!!! ocean view from your own living room and master bedroom. Enjoy direct access to the beach. Unit is fully decorated and equipped with 2 TV set, two queen size beds, Two sleeper sofa, linens, etc. Roomy master bedroom and oversized walking closet. Large living/dining and kitchen. Wifi and TV cable. Essentials provided for the first day.

Cable TV; Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Micro Wave Ovens, and all necessary Kitchen Appliances and utensiles. Spacious Bathrooms with Tub and Shower.
Bath and Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Sunshade are provided
Bedding includes New Pillows, Duvets and Linen

3 days minimum stay.

$ 300.- warranty deposit applies, refundable at check-out
Parking is $100.- the week- parking tag $20.- refundable cash deposit when you return it at the office
14 days $125.-3 weeks $150.-4 weeks $175.-Registration $30.-up to 2 adults payable at the building office. Cash is not accepted credit card only . You will get bracelets for the pool and a fob for common areas

The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities. I was really happy with the beach chairs and umbrella! The location was great, just steps from the beach. The check-in was a hassle, but it’s due to the condo association and not the owner. It took forever to get a parking pass and the fob. We had no problems checking out and the unit worked great for our purposes. The road it’s on is busy but we couldn’t hear the traffic and we had no problem getting around.

We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Very quiet for our family with toddlers. Eli really helped with the check in process. Located right on the beach with a pool makes it really enjoyable.

We appreciated staying at this property. It was a perfect size for just the two of us. It was great to get up everyday and walk on the beach, or take a quick swim in the pool. We also appreciated the laundry facility and deli in the building. Parking was easy as well.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Location was quiet and felt very safe. Easy access to places we wanted to see. We used Uber to get around. Would recommend people stay here.

The pictures do not give this place justice! It was way more beautiful and clean. Perfect location and the view was amazing for patio beach pics. Very convenient location close to Walmart to grab bare necessities and groceries. Owner and her assistant were amazing with help checking in and responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again in the future ❤️

The Tides is a great place to stay!!!
Great place to stay. Condo was clean and our hostess Eliana was exceptional. Our flight was delayed, diverted to another airport for hours, and eventually getting to our destination, The Tides, hours after what had been planned. Eliana was so helpful with all my phone calls during this time. She was very helpful in a stressul situation. I highly recommend!!!

Check in process was very shady, in a weird building in the back door, also charged me $60 for a keyphob. The place was clean and quiet. Pool was nice. Not somewhere where u can walk to restaurants and shopping though! I give it 3 stars

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay, we was in Florida the first time and we was very happy and very relaxed. The place has everything what you need for your vacation! Three generations ( Grandma, Mom and Daughter) we came here for the week, the apartment and building very clean and very peaceful, the view and the beach was amazing! Very close to Miami for a day trip, very close to Walmart for shopping, very beautiful long beach to walk. Ines and her assistant was very welcoming and helpful, very responsible, check in was dimly and quick, we was also able to check out at 4:00 pm because our late evening flight! Very thankful for that and yes we will be back for sure! Thank you for everything!🙏😊❤️

Nice clean property
Property was just like the listing and actually a lot nicer in person. The view is breath taking and the pool is on the beach. The Property does require $20 for your parking decal but you get that back and it $30 for one key fab per 2 people that is require to enter and exit the property plus you have to pay for your wrist band but I think that is the building management decision it has nothing to do with the individual property owners.

Escape the cold.
Clean. Roomy. Easy access to bars and restaurants. Perfect for an escape to the beach. Download the circuit app on your phone. Free rides. Just give a tip. Uber or Lyft is about 7.00 to the Broadwalk. You certainly can walk it as well. There is a Seven eleven very close as well for beer etc. There are beach chairs in the closet.Love that you need a key fob to access the property. This was a good fit for us!
