We really enjoyed our stay at the Colony Hotel. All the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is ideally located for shopping, beech, dining options and people watching. Only complaint was the elevator facilities although operational, felt dubious to use, and our safe did not work.

The hotel is a bit dated but they have renovated the insides to be very lovely. The outside needs work and the neighborhood is a little run down but the hotel itself is pleasant. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff are pleasant and efficient. We stayed for a few days before a cruise and it met our needs. The beds are comfortable and there was no outside noise. Overall the hotel is not fancy but it felt comfortable when we were there.

I truly enjoyed my stay here, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was the sickly sweet smell of the place but that's just personal preference. I'd definitely stay here again!

Room was enough for what i needed on the other hand. I checked out Monday morning and I am still owed the $250 for the “safety deposit” that they haven’t paid back yet the bank already processed that “hold” call them and they have my number blocked trying to avoid claims and I am yet to receive my checkout email confirmation. It is really not that hard to confirm.

Great Stay
This is a great hotel for the price and the employees are kind and helpful. The hotel is convenient to the airport and cruise port. Target and Publix are within walking distance for any last minute needs. Breakfast was great.

i really enjoyed my stay here! it seemed very safe and a convenient walk to a big shopping center with target and home goods etc. the rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were super friendly! the breakfast was included and there was decent options for the food selection as well! if i’m in miami again ill be staying here!

The property is ok for a one night stay. A small quaint place with no elevator. The room setup was ok, wish the room contained at least 1 chair and a small table. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely hospitable and helped us upstairs with our luggage I would recommend for a one night inexpensive stay.

Amazing staff and stay
My daughter came to stay while we were in Miami for a Taylor Swift concert. Everyone was so nice, room was super clean, and the bed was so comfortable.
