First, my thanks & appreciation to The Boutique Hotel's staff: Miguel, Kevin, Bree, and those whom names I can't recall. Everyone was polite, helpful, and welcoming during my two night stay. Check-in was quite easy and quick. My room was ready before the 4p specified time, which I, truly was grateful (very early flight).. The hotel's decor was appealing to the eye, from the plush chairs, huge mirrors, and colorful artwork. Quaint and comfortable vibes. Though there isn't an elevator in the two-story building, someone will assist in carrying up one's luggage, as well as bring it down. Cozy bed.. Smart TV with a variety of channels & streaming apps.. Free WiFi... Well-stocked fridge with beverages & and table with a snack basket (for a fee)... Nonetheless, a Complimentary VOSS water, with tea & coffee pods are available. Breakfast is included, although I didn't partake (not an early-riser). As for, late dining, I ordered delicious eats from a restaurant, that delivered to the hotel, with no fuss. In order to gain entry into the hotel, one must ring the bell.. Not a problem! Safety is key.. Thank you! Also, the area/neighborhood is quiet, as well as the hotel. Note: TB Hotel is in walking distance to Target, Publix, and a few other stores & shops. Would I stay again? Sure!

After reporting the TV functionality issue, it was not fixed at all in 2days...no room for our toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was great. No elevator. You must collect your breakfast and take it to your room.

The inside of the hotel is nice. It's very clean, smells good. The bed was comfy. The only things I would improve on is the outside of the building and the bathrooms need to be bigger. The staff was pleasant, Kevin was helpful and willing to answer any questions I had.

I stayed one night before a cruise. Very convenient to the port. The staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning. The only negatives is that it is in an older building. Interior doors need replacing, rooms and bathrooms are small and no elevator.
