The place was new, but felt like it was still "settling in". Little things in the room that still needed to be fixed, but overall great place to stay.

Stayed at the Sunset Inn during Art Basel – it was the cheapest solo option, and it felt like it. While it’s noted (but not prominently) on Expedia, there’s no reception – just an answering service or SMS/e-mail, so if something goes wrong, don’t expect quick fixes. My shower didn’t work, and it took three days to resolve. The room was sandy on arrival, which didn’t help. If you’re fine with minimal service and basic cleanliness, it’ll do. Otherwise, spend a bit more and save yourself the hassle.
