Beautiful view and very nice accommodations. The room is in a hotel and check in with the front desk is required. Parking was in a busy garage, but we did not have a problem finding a space. The location is outstanding and Miami is beautiful in December. The hosts were quick to respond and excellent. Great place to stay.

Clean, safe, walkable
The check-in and check-out process could have been more streamlined. We were told the front desk would have our information to get into the room, but they did not. Front desk had to call property management to get room door code. We received code from front desk and were told we’d receive follow up text, but we never received the text. Not a deal breaker, but it certainly could have been more efficient, especially after a long day of travel. The view was spectacular and the room was immaculate (but small). The walls were a bit thin—we could hear the very loud television through the wall every night. The neighborhood was safe and walkable.

Phenomenal location!
The room was exactly how it was pictured on line. New. Polished. Exceptional finishes and bath products. Peaceful and quiet - perfect for sleeping, yet close to everything. As noted in the title, the views were phenomenal! Parking was included (which was GREAT!). It made it very easy to walk along the waterway or through the charming little village of Coconut Grove. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend and can't wait to return.
