Large groups will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the four spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.
Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed, a walk-in closet & a desk.
Bedroom 2 features one queen-sized bed.
Bedrooms 3 is furnished with two queen-sized beds, w/ walk-in closet.
Bedrooms 4 is the largest room furnished with a King-sized bed, Smart flat screen TV and its own ensuite bathroom & a large walk-in closet.
If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has 2 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.
Bathroom 1 is located off bedroom 1 & 2 and features a beautiful walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 is located in the master suite. This bathroom is outfitted with a spacious walk-in shower and a long vanity and mirror.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and the breathtaking views as you eat. Possible wear and tear might seen in the property. Please provide us a chance to fix problems before thinking about cancelling the reservation.
The large living room area is decked out with a two sofas and a 65” Smart TV. This is the perfect place to hang out as a large group, whether you’re enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our large collection of board games.

Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.
Free parking is available on the property for two vehicles. Let us know in advance if you have more than two vehicles.
This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.
We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
We are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions or concern!
Please be advised that our landscaper and/or pool technician will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days and pool maintenance 2x a week.
House rules
1. No parties or events allowed in property. Unauthorized parties will be immediately terminated and will be fined up to $500 for breaking rules. Your reservation may be terminated early with no refunds.
*** Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 PM - After that time we please ask to be inside in order to respect neighbors privacy.
2. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or clean floors. Excessive damage of towels will be charged a fee. Please be understanding of any wear and tear; we're here to address any concerns.
3. No fee for BBQ. Just make sure to clean the BBQ after every use.
4. Avoid eating in the rooms to avoid stain in beds and comforters.
5. No smoking of any kind inside the house. Any smell of smoke inside the house a fee of $300 will be charged to your stay.
6. We are not responsible for any guest that gets injured by not following house rules such as, running around pool, diving, horse playing, etc.
7. Make sure to not leave doors open while you are outside in order to maintain A/C cool inside.
8. Do Not flush paper, towel paper, feminine products, toys or any kind of trash on toilet to avoid clog drains.
9. Turn off fans, lights and electronics when no one is using them.
10. No weapons or drugs allowed on the property.
11. Keep the house the best you can.
12. There are outdoor cameras in order to prevent wrongful parking, extra guests and excessive noise. Our team is monitoring all cameras to prevent unauthorized parties and any type of event that will put in danger our neighborhood.
-Please set thermostat to 75 for 30 minutes before going down to 70 to prevent system from freezing. Also, to keep the house cool, please refrain from opening the doors unnecessarily.
-Please bring the bins inside the property after trash has been collected to avoid City violations.
-You might see leaves in the pool because the pool is open and there are trees around it. Please use pool skimmers to clean or contact us for assistance.
-Please rinse the plates first with water to clear out any food waste before placing them inside the dishwasher.
-Property is in Florida with warmer climate and is closer to the water. We cannot guarantee that you will not see insects during your stay.
-Late checkout will be charged minimum of $50 per hour to maximum nightly rate.
