Our bright and stylish condo comes with stunning views and plenty of amenities to make your stay super comfortable—think gym, vending machines, beach rides, and more! You couldn’t ask for a better location: just 13 minutes to Aventura Mall, a quick stroll to Walmart, 9 minutes to Starbucks, and only a 5-minute drive to Ross. Plus, there are tons of restaurants, malls, and shops nearby to explore. We can’t wait for you to enjoy all that this wonderful area has to offer!

1 to 7 nights: $28 + tax
8 to 14 nights: $25 + tax
15 to 21 nights: $20 + tax
More than 21 nights: $15 + tax

Please note:
There is a daily resort fee that varies with the length of stay:
$30 per day for stays of 1-6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7-15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15-29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days

The location of the Resort couldn’t be more ideal—it's only 13 minutes from Aventura Mall, just steps away from Walmart, 9 minutes to Starbucks for your coffee fix, and a quick 5-minute drive to Ross. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, malls, and shops nearby to explore. Enjoy every moment!

Please Note:
• There is a daily Resort Fee of $30. This Payment must be made at the front desk upon check-in.
• We kindly ask guests to bring their own washcloths, as they are not provided.
• For the comfort of all residents, parties or loud noises that may disturb neighbors are not permitted in the unit. Please be aware that violations of this rule may result in fines from the building management.
• To ensure a smooth start to your stay, your apartment will be stocked with essential supplies for your first day.
