The only one minus is no parking, location is nice because the beach is really close a lot of good restaurants and good places also close. And also the big plus is the area, it was very quiet inside the room no matter it’s a day time or night time, because when you coming from the city the silence is really important to you, there was a constructions work near by, but it’s didn’t bother at all. We are enjoyed our time what we spent there. Definitely will come back. The big plus is the small kitchen inside, if you are the person who can’t live without breakfast this is gonna be the best choice. The room is very clean and comfortable, definitely recommend this place simple and nice. Would be more perfect if I found there some coffee and coffee filters, because when i saw the coffee machine I thought it should be there, but not a big deal. Thank you!

I FELT RIGHT AT HOME! I really enjoyed my stay! I will definitely visit Miami Beach again , and I’m booking with Loki. Such a nicer pocket friendly option. I liked the fact that , when I was done with south beach I came back to a nice quiet area. I was skeptical at first, because of negative reviews but I didn’t experience any of the bugs or unclean linens . I truly enjoyed it . I was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave really. My only minor gripes were: the overhead light wasn’t working ( they fixed it right away) and the water pressures were low, but it was probably because of other neighboring guests . I had a ball on my solo trip to Miami . I was very happy and it was a much needed vacation. I didn’t think I would enjoy it so much. If I were a millionaire I would definitely buy property there. The weather is so beautiful in October. It rained but not long, and the breeze?!?! MUAH 💋 chef’s kiss! Thank you so much, Samantha!❤️ love yall

So thankful for the staff. The hotel check in instructions are easy to understand, the security of the hotel is great, as you are behind a coded gate and the top floor area is extremely relaxing with an amazing view! Had I needed help in the meantime , They were always just a phone call away. Thank you so much 🙂

The place is meeting the requirements for the price. It was with all the things that was promised, no stinky room, no bothering from staff and other guests from the hotel, the only thing that we had a problem with is that after midnight a lot of homeless people will try to enter the property by asking about the code for the door but if u don’t find it for a problem that’s fine (we were 4 girls and didn’t have a problem with that) The staff speaks English but if u try to have a normal chat with them u will find yourself using gestures and facial expressions to explain yourself with basic English. It was some kind of construction going on the same time when we were staying but didn’t bug us at any point. If u r going to Miami Beach for the night life and don’t care where u gonna stay, this is your place!

I like this hotel and have stayed here more than once over the pass year. I enjoy the location and easy access to the beaches and local shop all in walking distance. My only issue is my TV wasn't working during my last staff and the issue was never resolved during my stay. I reached out more than once and the person they sent didn't fix the issue. I received a response once I checked out.
