The digital check-in process would be really nice... if it worked! and the digital check-out process would also be really convenient if it worked! Since they don't work, it would be awesome if you'd answer your phone or call back when people are trying to check-in and/or check-out. You called me back pretty fast when I checked in, but for checkout, nobody responded to me until hours after I was gone. Staff is incompetent with communication and it was quite stressful when they threaten an extremely high late checkout fee!
When I arrived, nobody was at your desk. The security guard was very friendly, but he couldn't help me because the digital instructions didn't have a code to open my room. I saw one person at the desk at night one day and asked about luggage storage. They said, it's not available but they will ask management to see if there is another option [despite there being a room labeled 'luggage storage' right next to the desk]. I gave this person my phone number so they could text me back about luggage storage when I checked out. They proceeded to text me links to their friends delivery restaurant trying to solicit outside business, but never responded to me about the luggage storage or my checkout issues when I left. It would be great if your people can help guests...
Otherwise, the room was really nice, comfortable and clean. The building itself is still being renovated so there were no amenities. Common area bathrooms by the elevator didn't have any soap or TP.
