LOCATION: Enjoy unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from your lofty living room. Situated in North Bay Village and centrally located, The Current by Roami is just a 10 minute drive from Miami Beach. It's the perfect home base to discover, explore, and enjoy Miami!

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property has 3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa (Queen) and 1 air mattress. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King
- Bedroom 2: 2 Queens
- Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress and Sleeper Sofa (Queen). *Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully-stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining table has seating for 5 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: The focal point is the heated, waterfront pool overlooking Biscayne Bay. The communal pool level also features a gym, outdoor bar, and more. Amenities are open from sunrise to sunset.

FREE PARKING: Free, unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Additional parking is not available. Please park all oversized vehicles on the first floor.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, beach towels, free WiFi (75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 1,580 square feet.

Spacious unit with understated view
We enjoyed our stay in the well appointed unit. We were pleasantly surprised by the view of the bay— just beautiful. The pictures on line don’t do it justice. The unit could use some updating but the view and the size and location of the unit make the selection worth it. We enjoyed it and will be back.

The view was gorgeous. House was clean and well stocked, A/C system was extremely noisy. Couch need to be replace had several stains. No cushion wear on the belcony furniture. For the view alone we would return.

Not what we expected
Overall, the place was in a good location and also was easy to access. Although, what was listened was NOT what we walked into. The furniture listed in the photos was NOT what was in the unit. Also, there was holes, tears, and marks all over the place. The place was damaged and had complications with the door to the patio not closing. The lock was also broken on this door. The place has such potential to be a cute place. But it is not well maintained in that the host should spend money/time making the place look like those in the photos. It was our first time experiencing the place not looking like what it was online. Everything was still clean which was nice. But you could tell, it had been trashed many times. Another thing not noted. It says larger SUVs can park on the bottom floor of the parking garage. We BARELY made it with a Tahoe and it was TIGHT!! Recommend not bringing a large vehicle. Also, the elevator was sketchy. Sounded like at any minute it was going to stop. The walls are thin, so you can hear people partying too. Overall, we still consider this a good stay. We were hardly there, just to sleep. Loved having the water RIGHT there and the unit itself is so spacious.

I hope you enjoy the stay like I did.
My stay here was amazing. I can't wait to come back. Communication was never a issue. I felt like I was at home. The view from the balcony over looking the water is breathe taking. If your looking for a place to stay in Miami, you won't be disappointed with sextant stays. When checking in just be sure to contact them for both codes one for the unit and the other for the gate to enter the building. I hope you enjoy the stay like I did.

I was recovering from breast implant surgery and I thought that this would be great for me and my sister who was taking care of me. We are from Las Vegas. It was nice because there are separate bathrooms and separate bed rooms. This was nice because it gave us space and for me it was nice because it gave me space that I needed to reflect and heal while being upstairs and my sister had her space downstairs with her very own bathroom. The balcony was overlooking the water. I remember standing out there for like an half an hour just with my eyes closed soaking everything in, listening to the waves, birds and letting the sun shine all over my newly sculptured body. It was heavenly. We were so High up. Even from my bedroom as I lay awake in the mornings I would look across at the window which would display a beautiful view of the ocean underneath me. My girlfriend came to visit me and we just had the most beautiful time here at this place. Oh yea did I mention the nice big open shower and the deep bathtub? The double sinks? So niceeeeee. Just everything about this place made my recovery that much better

Beware the parking garage entrance walls!
It’s great that this place has free onsite parking for 2 cars! There is absolutely NO on street parking available on the harbor. But beware entering! It says if you have an SUV not to park on the second level. It doesn’t say that there are separate entrances to the first and second levels and the first entrance is the second level. The side clearance is VERY tight. We damaged one side of our rented van. The lower level is still very tight. You must go slow if you have a larger vehicle. It’s easy to see by the marks on the walls that many people scrap their cars on the sides. You are now forewarned! Otherwise the place is a DREAM! We loved the amenities (heated pool in Feb was nice). The person at the desk was so polite and helpful. No hidden fees! We would definitely come again in a more compact vehicle.

Truly Amazing property and People
After having several plane delays and having to check in very late (1:00 am) me and my crew were completely exhausted. Emiliano came to meet us to help in the middle of the night to make sure we got into our house safe and sound. Kudos to Sextant for their impeccable customer service! Very nice easter vacation with my parents, brought them over from Guatemala to spend a few days. Very nice and calm area of miami beach, happy to not have to deal with loud noise and parties like I did when I stayed in collins avenue. Apartment is nice and very well decorated. Booked this condo for a surprise getaway for my boyfriend's birthday and it was our first time in Miami. We came from Charlotte and what a a beautiful apartment, with a wide ocean view. Everything inside the apartment was perfect and we had so much fun going to South Beach, and eating at Nobu. My boyfriend loved the stay so much that he is already planning to come back this summer with our friends.

Very close to South Beach and all the action. Spent some time at the strip / Ocean Drive area and Fontainebleau. Lots of great space for hanging out in the living room and balcony. Each room had its own TV (netflix and other apps), which was also convenient. We will be back, thank you!
