LOCATION: The convenient and central location of Bayview Place by Roami is just a 10 minute car ride away from South Beach. A spacious lawn and billiards room set this home apart and make it perfect for entertaining! Stay home and relax at the "urban beach" in the backyard or explore the city and walk to the Wynwood Walls or the Miami Design District, the choice is yours.

The Space:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 16 guests in 7 beds and 1 air mattress. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

OUTDOOR SPACE: Features a propane BBQ, 6-person hot tub, and more.

PARKING: Free parking is available for 3 cars, additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis ($4-5 per hour).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattresses, 18 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.

Definitely a property I would stay at again.
The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool were in great condition and added some extra fun and comfort to the home. Communication with our host was easy and the response time was descent. Definitely a property I would stay at again.

Beautiful home better than the pictures
We had so much fun at this property! I was so happy that the house was even better than the pictures online. Really easy to communicate with management and they were very responsive to all my questions. Only down side was one shower upstairs never got hot. Highly recommend!

Great house and location
We were glad to see that the house matched the description. It's very centrally located, close the Wnywood and South Beach. We wish we would have taken advantage of the pool and hot tub more. The house is very spacious and accommodated the 10 of us very comfortably. The only hiccup was that their rules are very stringent. The 10 of us who had flown down from various parts of the country and wanted to host a small party but the hosts denied us permission. Read the rules before you book. Overall a great stay!

Excellent property, location and space. The house comfortably supported our efforts to have a Thanksgiving dinner with extended family, which had not taken place in a long time. It was exactly as listed, not over fancy and not cheap. Felt like a home to live in which made Thanksgiving comfortable and memorable.

Vinimos desde Barranquilla Colombia a pasar semana santa, y tuvimos una estadia muy muy comoda en esta casa. Las habitaciones estaban bien preparadas con varias toallas, shampoo, jabon, sabanas, etc. Por otro lado la sala tenia wifi y cable, la cocina estaba bien completa. Disfrutamos haciendo asados en el jardin, mis hijos les encanto la piscina. Pasamos mas tiempo en la casa que llendo shopping, esto la verdad no hizo contenta a mi esposa.

Fantastic Vacation Home
I was worried prior to booking this home about the reviews the mentioned bugs, although to my total satisfaction, I encountered ZERO bugs inside the house during my stay. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor area is the reason we come to South Florida every year, to enjoy the outdoors..duh!. Emiliano the host was very helpful and explained everything very well, they had this really cool ipad inside the home, that gave us tips for things to do and places to eat at. My husband loved going to KYU, I mean he's a steak guy and there short rib is to die for. I on my end enjoyed Bacano a little boutique pizzeria in wynwood. Our kids are still at that age that all they want to eat is burgers and fries. Thank you so much Jamie&Emiliano, we hope to see you guys again on our next trip.
