Welcome to our beautiful 1 BD, LR, kitchen, 1.5 bath, 2 private terrace’s private condo at the Ritz Bal Harbour overlooking the ocean and Intracoastal. Amenities: 2 lg flat screen tv (60 inch in bedroom and 60 inch in living room) Wi-Fi, luxurious bedding, 2 terraces, washer and dryer. Located across from the Bal Harbour Shops and 10 min from South Beach. Resort fee $45/day incl lounge chairs at beach/pool and fitness center (paid directly to Ritz).

Everything here was just perfect. We've been staying here every year for the past 10-12 years and it just keeps getting better. The property itself is on a secluded portion of the beach and really private and luxurious. We enjoy how close it is to shopping, great food and everything imaginable to make our stay super convenient. Already excited to be back next year!!

Our stay at this beautiful property was absolutely fantastic! It had everything we needed and more, making our experience truly enjoyable. The host was amazing, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. We requested a late check-out and were pleasantly surprised when the host graciously offered it to us. This gesture was greatly appreciated, as it allowed us to make the most of our time there. Very Relaxing and Peaceful
3rd floor condo with beautiful view of ocean and inland waterway. Everything about this condo is first class, comfy bed, everything you need in kitchen, beautiful bath and shower. The Ritz Carlton amenities are top tier, the spa, the dining, the beach and the pool. The service there is second to none. With a spacious condo at a good price allows you to enjoy the amenities. Wonderful shops and restaurants really close by. Never really wanted to leave the property!

Cons- Check in was listed at 3pm, I arrived on time with an infant who had just gotten car sick. The property owner was unreachable until after 4pm so we were stuck sitting in the lobby (hotel couldn't let us in without the owners/property managers permission). Unit was not clean, carpets were dirty, cleaning crew had to come back the next day to vacuum (like really!? come on). Carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced all together. No dish towels in kitchen. The unit was tired. Pros - location was nice. Balcony was nice but balcony floor was filthy. We stayed at two other units on our trip in FL where the balcony floor was cleaned prior to our arrival otherwise I wouldn't have noted this. Once the property manager was reachable she promptly sent back the cleaning crew which I appreciated. I would stay somewhere else next time (hotel or another property) when visiting Bal Harbour.
