The staff was always helpful, the facility was nice. There was hair in the shower, on the walls and in the sink when we got into our room. I took pictures to show the front desk. But because it was not as soon as i saw it they didn't care. All in all it was a nice stay before our cruise.

I like the modern design and my room was very clean. But this place tries so hard to be hip it fails in the basics. I arrived late at night and there was only one other couple ahead of me in line but the one person at the Front Desk took forever while continuously making excuses. The amenities menu on the TV didnt work at all - none of the features (e.g., ability to view hotel offerings, check out) other than watch TV were accessible. When I called the Front Desk for assistance, no one answered the phone. My dining choices were limited to 3 pizza takeout menus slid under my door.
