Across the road is famous Lummus Park and the beach which has miles of white sand. Walking distance to everything, including Espanola Way and Lincoln Road. Once ready to come inside, unwind in a 750 SF bright unit, that has full kitchen, laundry facilities and huge bathroom. King size bed with Hilton luxury mattresses and unit is very quiet, with no outside noise.
