BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 10 guests in 6 beds - Bedroom 1: One full-size bunkbed trundle (sleeps 5) with TV and private bathroom.(Bed has twin size mattress underneath, that can be pulled out) -Bedroom 2- One full-size trundle bed (sleeps 3) (Bed has twin size mattress underneath, that can be pulled out) with TV -Bedroom 3- 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) with TV BATHROOMS: bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. Closest Airport/ 20 mins from Miami International Airport 10 mins away from Aventura mall 15 mins away from the Hardrock stadium IMPORTANT: We have License for vacation rental and short term rental issued by Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Certificate of use issued by Miami Dade County, and Liability Insurance required by law, so you have peace of mind knowing that Code Enforcement or Police won't ask you to leave without notice as it could happen when booking unlicensed properties or properties on areas where short term rental is prohibited. Disclaimer: 1. We have cameras outdoor to monitor capacity. 2. Any damage not reported upon check in will be deducted from the deposit. 3. In case of a technical issue of any kind, management will have between 24-72 hours to repair - We DO the inventory after each check-out to control if there are broken and/or missing components of the home. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4:00PM and check-out is any time before 10:00AM. Please be advised that if you do not check out by 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a fee. Guests who do not abide by the Check-in or Check-out times or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs. Please note that these times are strictly enforced and that arriving before 4PM or departing after 10AM without prior written approval is against our policies. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Renters shall immediately vacate the premises. - Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. -Theres a designated area outside in the back yard patio for guests to smoke and deposed in ashtray. -A $500 environment cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest chooses to smoke inside the house.
