This brand new Villa is perfect for those who are looking to rest, relax and at the same time have a great time!

The interior is extremely modern with many luxe details. There’s a total of 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. A spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table and much more!

In the backyard you'll enjoy a heated pool, an amazing covered terrace, a BBQ grill, a fire pit and spots to sit back and relax.

BEDROOMS:

1. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a SINGLE SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team.

Aventura is simply one of the best neighborhoods in Miami! It’s super friendly and family oriented.

If you head North you will find Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, if you head South you will encounter Miami Beach.

12 friends in florida
I rented 2 homes and there were some minor disappointments. The T_V's were very difficult to use and did not get national channels. The power in the back yard wasn't working and it took until the day before we were leaving to fix it. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with the necessary utensils. The coffee pot for a 6 bedroom house was a very small coffee maker. We did not have a enough bath towels, hand towels and no wash cloths at all.

Family Friendly but booking/communication challeneges
Our trip started off rocky when we noticed our Miami booking had switched to this Hollywood property without our knowledge or sign off. VRBO and the property manager for this house blamed each other and without wanting to risk losing a property the week of Christmas we confirmed with the property manager we’d stay in Hollywood and he agreed to throw a free car for the week in with the property. We appreciated the gesture but still find the switch strange. The house itself is as the photos show. The heated pool and beautiful backyard space are fantastic for kids and families. The bathrooms are updated. Living room seating is limited and the kitchen is not stocked to cook nightly. Cleaning supplies besides soap and sponge are not supplied. Communication during the trip is there but follow through on conversations didn’t happen. We mentioned needing cleaning supplies and a power outage during our stay to the manager but no one showed up to remedy the situation despite responding to our outreach. If your goal is to gather, sleep and swim, you are willing to buy all supplies needed for a week stay and are self sufficient for issues, this is a great property. We found Hollywood beaches to be nice and easy driving distance. There was an awesome park in walking distance for kids near the property. We found Hollywood nightlife and restaurants to be lacking. Overall property is fine but could improve, as could transparency, communication and follow through of management of this house.
