Spacious two bedrooms with king and two twins. Two full bathrooms. Open floor design for a comfortable and fun space to relax and enjoy good company. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Keyless entry to the house with a unique code for each stay.

Everything you need for the beach, including towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for you to use during your stay. Washer and dryer on-site in a private laundry room (not shared with other unit). Fully fenced in yard. The house has high-speed wifi internet and boasts two large flat screen smart TVs with Netflix and basic cable.

The property is a duplex in a residential neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport and nearly 30 minutes from Miami International Airport. Easy drive to downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with express lane access (Sun Pass with rental car option).

The house is within a mile from Gulfstream Park, which has a horse race track, casino, and outdoor shopping village. There are a variety of restaurants & bars there as well. It is only about 2 miles from the nearest beach as well as the popular Aventura Mall.

The Aventura mall is one of the biggest and best in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale metropolitan area and has many popular stores such as Apple. There are also many restaurants there, as well as a high end gym called Equinox.

The house is also very close to Hollywood, with its old Florida charm and its famous beach broadwalk. Under 10 minutes drive.

In town for the Dolphins game.
Kate was friendly and attentive. Check in was easy and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. Located close to food and attractions and just a short drive to Hard Rock Stadium.

New Year get away
We stayed at this house last year, and even though, the weather was not as warm, these’re are plenty of things to do and to see around. House has everything that you need, and it is very clean. Plenty of good restaurants right on the water with the most gorgeous sunsets. We will be back.

Family Space in Convenient Location
The Hallandale property was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for my husband and me and our dog. We had other family members staying in Aventura, so we were able to get back and forth to our events. The property was the perfect size, and it was nice having "a home away from home" in such a lovely flat.

This house is exactly what we needed for a short getaway to celebrate New Year.
Conveniently located, only 15 min drive from Fort Lauderdale airport,in a quiet neighborhood, 2 miles drive to the beach, all the great restaurants on the waterways, famous Hollywood beech Broadwalk where you can do all the summer activities you can just imagine. Beautiful beeches, entertainment at night, and much more. House is super clean, and has everything that you need for a short, or longer stay. You will definitely need a car to move around. Check in was easy, and the owner is very friendly, and helpful in case you need something.

Comfortable beds and bedding
Along with comfortable beds, the luxury towels were an added bonus. Fridge/pantry had plenty of condiments and spices to help reduce cost of groceries. The neighborhood was a little run down, but we felt safe and the interior was very clean. There isn’t a lot of space in the kitchen or living room for family games, but if that isn’t a need, then no worries. Good location in regards to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc.

Wonderful Clean
What a beautiful little retreat. I would definitely recommend. Beautifully simple and clean. Like others said when you first enter the neighborhood you might think it is sketchy, but don't judge a book by it's cover. There are several schools around, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, well mannered neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Great food places around, just a very short drive down to Hallandale beach. Couldn't ask for anything more!

An accurate reflection of the property - it was a little noisy in the neighbourhood the day we arrived , which apparently was unusual (but there was some music festival going on… it was only that first night and the rest of the time was very quiet). There was an infrequent but loud train rolling by which others had commented on as well. Kate was great to deal with and checked in to ensure we got in and whether there were any concerns/questions . For future , a little outdoor area to sit and enjoy the warm weather (coming from the cold north ) would be a nice addition

Well equipped and convenient but been to better
The property is located in a working class community. The fenced in area is clean and comfortable. There is an abundance of cats in the area. The front yard collects blowing roadside debris. Traffic can be heavy on Hallandale Beach Boulevard The home is bright and comfortable. It is well equipped with towels and toiletries as well as kitchen utensils. The home appears to receive a lot of guests from the wear on appliances everything worked except the broiler The home was swept and wiped down. The bathrooms were clean as were the towels and linens. However the white porcelain floor grout needs a deep professional cleaning and The floor is grimy around the edges. Overall we had a great time.

Hidden delight
This was a beautiful property right in the middle of a hallendale neighborhood. They have safety cameras and a long term resident nearby. The place was clean, bed comfortable and I felt like I really got away! The host was able to answer questions and give suggestions about local places. She was great. She suggested and I agree that you drive to Hollywood beach. It was worth the drive. I parked in the nature part so it cut down a little in the parking cost then you can either enjoy a more secluded beach or walkover on the cross road/walk to Hollywood beach and enjoy that atmosphere - it’s clean and has some restaurants and shops accessible. Family friendly too. She’s also dog friendly which was what first attracted me. Fenced in, lots of grass and some trees - perfect for a dog. Also if you drive at night it can get confusing so make sure it’s the correct street and drive almost all the way down to end of could de sac and you’ll see 2 open spaces. It was hard for me to initially see numbers at night. But it’s mainly families and quiet In that section. I would go back -I liked the feel of the place - open and clean and comfortable. Beaches aren’t In walking distance be prepared to drive. The drive wasn’t bad though worth it to go to Hollywood beach.
