Miami trip
Overall a very good value for the price charged. The place is set up for large groups (it can sleep up to 10) with the kitchen stocked for eating at the home, but not for preparing large meals. There was a very cute cat that visited us every day, but we could have done without the 6am wake up calls from the roosters that live next door. The neighborhood was fine and you are very close to many activities and sites in the Miami area.

Nice place to for an overnight visit
The only comment is that their Ac unit is not large enough for the home. It was a warm day and the AC ran the whole time and the home never got cool. It stayed around 79 degrees the night we stayed. We did contact the property manager and they sent somebody out within 2 hours, which impressed us! However, they were not able to help us cool down the home.

While the place was clean, it was in what appeared to be a dangerous neighborhood, it was half of a double, so others were creeping around the windows late at night, the roosters woke us up before the sun, and the a/c never cooled down. The temperature was set at 78 degrees when we arrived which was ridiculously hot considering it was over 90 degrees outside.

The property was amazing, spotlessly clean and great for a few days. Could do with having tv’s in all bed rooms rather than just the master. If staying for more then then 3 days there is no washing machine.

No So Good Experience
I didn't enjoy our stay. I had smaller children with me who doesn't like to wear shoes... My babies feet were black and dirty after running around for only 5 minutes.... My husband killed 2 roaches.... The beds were too low and uncomfortable... The outside area (entrance of home) wasn't appealing... A black cat greeted us at the door and wasn't friendly at all.

Place was really clean. The location was great for short commute nightlife. Also, there were nice murals in the art district area. Which is nice for pictures and content creating. The host was really respectful and answered any questions I had. I definitely recommend this home.

Not exactly an ideal neighborhood
The house is fine. The inside is fine. There were some minor cleanliness issues that with a little tlc would be easily taken care of. There was dust on the wall in the kitchen where the air vent was blowing on it that just needs a simple wipe. Also in the driveway there were rotting mangos all over the place from them falling out of a tree above the driveway. The smell wasn’t great to say the least. Our biggest complaint is the neighborhood. It’s not a great neighborhood. We felt a little unsafe due to the status of the area around the house. We didn’t experience any problems at all but just know the neighborhood appears to be a little rough. If had to do over again we probably wouldn’t stay at this house just due to the neighborhood alone.

Great Wynwood spot!
This house was great for a group of friends in town for a long weekend. Beds were comfortable, great location between airport, mid beach, and a quick walk to everything Wynwood has to offer. Not a ton of room in the common areas, but wasn’t a problem for us as we spent most of the time out!

Aside from the drunk men chasing us at night while we were standing outside the property, this was the worst stay ever. Photos don’t match the description, neighborhood is unsafe, the place was not clean, there were roaches in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, WiFi didn’t work and you guys used my card without my permission charging me additional for the stay! They charged me an additional $226 more than the original price quoted so be careful when signing that “authentication” for they “require”. I literally emailed them several times to clarify that I won’t be charged for anything additional than the amount stated and they confirmed yes just to lie and still charge me. If you wanna charge people more money, at least let the stay be up to par. It was dirty, outdated, unsafe and the worst stay ever.

Convenient location to Wynwood
We stayed for a bachelorette weekend. The location was very walkable to the Wynwood area, which made exploring and experience the nightlife easy. The rooms were big enough to house our group and also included an extra air mattress. A great options for groups looking to easily access the neighborhood.

Well the check in process is a joke and there was a gentleman working on the property was down right rude they were just asking if that was the place. Pictures were very deceiving on the app. Bars on the window that’s a fire hazard. Was in the worst area
