This property is less than 7 miles away from the Hard Rock Stadium. Get away from it all, fabulous home with lush tropical foliage, beautifully decorated. Located near Aventura Mall, Haulover Beach, world famous Bal Harbour shopping center, Sunny Isles beaches, FIU, and Johnson & Wales University. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen with oven, microwave, pans and pots, plates, silverware, etc. Designated backyard space, each duplex has its own grill. Great restaurants, shopping, and neighborhood delights you won't find elsewhere. There are two duplexes being offered at this property, each one with its independent entrance and they are very private. Each duplex has a separate grill and sitting area. Shared pool and yard, security cameras in the front yard near the entrance door. There are cats in the yard. The gardener cleans the garden twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, and the pool guy cleans the pool on Wednesdays. The pool will be heated only in Winter to a maximum temperature of 84 degrees, staring on December 21st, and ending on March 21st. Please be aware that this is a swimming pool, and NOT a hot tub. This home is for the stated amount of registered guests. There is not outside guests allowed in the premises without the expressed permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation. There are cats in the yard. NO MARIJUANA/WEED SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms duplex with all the amenities, full kitchen (glassware, utensils, plates, refrigerator, cookware, etc.), dining room, living room, 3 Smart TVs. Swimming pool, huge front yard with tropical foliage. There are cats in the yard. Near Aventura Mall, the beaches, Publix Supermarket, Costco, and Target. Just 20 minutes from Miami Airport or Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Private entrance, free parking, shared swimming pool and yard. Only registered guests will be allowed in the property. NO MARIJUANA/WEED SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Cigarette smoking allowed ONLY outdoors, please do not smoke inside the duplex. Security cameras in the front yard.
