The hotel was in terrible disrepair and In an out of the way place with no food or snacks anywhere.The front desk even refused to call me a taxi to get me to the airport on checkout!

I booked this hotel for my step mother who was stick in Miami due to a cancelled flight. The quality of this hotel was atrocious. On top of that, they charged her another $150 to her credit card after she left. I need to get a refund for this hotel stay as it was not as advertised.

I cannot think of one good thing to say. It was filthy with cockraoches, disgusting rooms, zero property maintenance, the staff were fighting, there was no food or water on the property...area was in the middle of no where and felt unsafe. DO NOT book this property
