The view, the view, the view
I can't exaggerate enough how breathtaking the view is from this apartment. Floor to ceiling windows with views of both the water and downtown. Just beautiful. Did not want to leave.

Condo view was Beautiful!
There was an issue with double booking for the last day of our trip and we ended up having to leave a day early which was very disappointing. With computerized booking, I was a little confused as to how this could happen. The condo itself was just as pretty as the pictures and the views were amazing. Very nice building and would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful apartment with incredible views
My business partners and I stayed at this apartment for our annual conference in Miami. We could not get over how beautiful the apartment was!! The views were amazing and the location was PERFECT. We would absolutely stay here again. A couple things to note- there weren’t any backup toiletries or paper towels, but there was a cvs on the corner. The air mattress provided wasn’t a self-blow up like we were told, but we used a hair dryer for the first night (thank goodness we had one) and Jonathon brought a back up for the next night, which was very kind. Unfortunately there was only one key for our stay, since the renters before us had lost the 2nd set. But it actually wasn’t as inconvenient as I thought it might be. A couple small hiccups, but overall I give it 5 stars!

NO WiFi , internet did not work , also no cable . Dryer wasn’t drying our clothes. I texted the owner About it and they did absolutely nothing . I think owner is renting the place Out against the property‘s rules because I was told if anyone asks to say I was staying with her . You basically have to sneak in and out of the building because of this . I also was charged a very large amount (vrbo won’t let me disclose how much in the review) for Light makeup on Towels and sheets which could have been easily cleaned out . Definitely greedy owner. Would not stay again!!

celebrated my five year anniversary May 2017 place was immaculate view was incredible. went to the restaurant downstairs hibachi and that was excellent. Two blocks from Bayside right across the street from American Airlines arena where the heat play. surprised my wife weeks later she still talking about it

Awesome Place Awesome Owners
Currently staying here and this is the right place and on point. I almost didn't take it as a result of a previous renter that's ace made a complete false statement about the home and it's owners. I have rented many vacation corporate rentals and this among the best and the owners are honorable and extremely accommodating. I urge HomeAway to remove that statement from November as a sour grapes charge against the owners. The owners surely invested and decked their home with beautiful high end Italian furniture and now those folks are upset these owners charged them 300.00. Give me a break!!!! This is the creme de la creme! I urge Homeaway/VRBO to review and remove that review it's patently false and I was almost swayed by it. I'm very happy I took the chance and am really happy here

Great City View and Dazzling Night Lights!
We just returned from a 4 night stay at this property. The property owner and manager were both a pleasure to work with. We were scheduled to meet at 4 PM for our walk-thru but the property manager graciously agreed to meet us ahead of schedule since our flight had arrived in the early afternoon. After determining a good time for all of us to meet, the property manager gave us a quick tour of the condo. Upon entering, it's hard not to lose your attention to the property overview as the view is simply amazing. The condo was bright, clean and tidy and we immediately settled in to our surroundings for the next 4 nights. The condo is in a great location as the waterfront marina, shops, and American Airlines Arena are just across the street. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance and public transportation such as the Miami Mover (which is free!) is just a block away. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer - but we will certainly be back. Thanks Natalia and Marisol for all your help and advice! Pete & Pureza

Horrible experience ★ My brother and I (in our 60's) rented this apartment for two nights while we were giving electronic gifts to children with cancer at Miami's Children's Hospital. We have done these rentals many times and have never had any problem. The only thing going for this apartment is the view; otherwise, it is disgusting, particularly the bathrooms. In both showers, we found mold, blood, dirt, bugs, stained tiles and had to try to mop them clean but could not get the filth out. I had to shower with my sandals on so my feet did not touch that germ infested floor. When I called to complain, I was told we were the first to ever rent the apartment (I guess we were imaging the filth?) but when. I said I saw lots of half-eaten food in the close, she admitted that people have stayed there - just not as a rental. In the morning, as we leave to go to Children's Hospital, a "Marisol" called to say we had to be there at "checkout' but we explained that we could only do it after we saw our cancer kids. I then get an email from Natalia of "Arnac" (a company with no phone number, website, or place of business) that she is deducting over one half of the very large property damage deposit because "Marisol" claims we left "a big stain on a dinner chair". I left several voicemails for the property manager "Natalia" and also asked for "Arnac's number, but I was told no one there heard of that company. My voicemails said that the place was filthy; there was no "stain" and that this is clearly a scam (look at picture - there is no "dinner" chair. Also, asked how they came up with one-half of the extensive security deposit. "Natalia" wrote me an incredibly nasty email saying that I was unprofessional and that we "ran away" from Marisol and that she could charge me whatever they want. She also said that she has a great reputation and proof that we did the damage (which she refused to send me). The bottom line is: the place is dirty beyond belief and you will not get your full damage deposit back so they can get extra "rent" from you.
