Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Jessica was amazing and knowledgeable however other staffs are not the same.
On our first night, there was a group of drunk people who was knocking on our door. It startled us and didn’t make a call as we were scared that we could be heard from outside. We are pretending that nobody is inside the room. The drunk guys stayed in the hallway for a long time so didn’t bother to call.
The next morning at 9:00am another knock on our door. This time it was the housekeeping.
Told them that we are not checking out and even if we do it’s not 11:00am yet to checkout!
Called the frontdesk and they don’t seem to be bothered.
Did bring up again when we were in the lobby. Again seems that Frontdesk are not even bothered with the scary night well experienced and the housekeeper bothering us. No point of stressing as they seem to not care.
Room is so outdated and the faucet is not even working properly/broken. I don’t bother to report as they only brush off any concerns.
Won’t come back in this hotel at all.
It was a mistake to stay in this hotel.
I should have stayed in South Gates by Hilton instead which I always enjoyed my stay.
I chose this for it’s location and pool amenities. Other than that, no special thing. Not worth of money. Stay away!
