You will have entire 2nd Floor of Home. 1st Floor will be occupied by my parents (Henry and Connie). They are actually very cool seniors. They speak English/Spanish/Chinese. They go to the gym everyday and eat super healthy. You'll love them.

Place was spotless, nice bathroom. Coffee pot did not work & replaced immediately. Large HDTV, but it required streaming for most programming. I don't have those accounts so TV for me was limited. My only dislike was being located on busy street & the train than ran by every night & distrubed my sleep. Owner downstairs was very nice. Still a good value.

Very nice property
We loved the AirB&B...it was clean great area for cooking beds were comfortable. Nice tv full fridge. Beautiful bathroom..it was protected with an automatic gate for security we loved that. Very close to miami airport and perfect location to everything you need. Owners are great to work with! We will definitely be staying with them in the future!

The home and location were great for getting around. Wish they had a larger refrigerator, and a toaster oven. You also have to provide your own paper towels , mini fridge doesn’t freeze items very well. Otherwise great accommodations.

We had a great stay, it was clean, and has two bedrooms so our family who live in Florida was able to come visit for a day or two and spend some time with us! It was overall a nice stay we enjoyed it, clean, we had everything we really needed.

Great stay but you will not be alone
This stay was in a good location, safe and clean but the home owner was not fun to communicate with. For the 2 bed 1 bath in a compact area, it was surprisingly spacious. You are sharing the home with her and her husband and she will make sure you know that. You will always see her when you are on the property which I found to be unsettling and not relaxing. I thought VRBOs had the whole place to yourself, that’s what they advertise at least. This was the part I was most displeased with since she seems to be very strict and watching your every move. She also made us pay extra in cash to park another car in her very large driveway, I was happy to do it but the way she demanded it made me feel very off. Overall, if the home owner was not on the property at the time of the stay I would have given it 5/5 rating. If you don’t mind having to deal with a home owner always around, this would be a good stay for you!

Connie was very good with communication. Location felt very safe and secure. The kitchen is very limited with what was offered with only a microwave and electric frypan, but I didn't eat there anyway. Just a heads up for others to know. She did provide sugar packets, coffee creamer, salt/pepper and other things I did not need to buy. I enjoyed my stay and would return without hesitation.

Quaint piece of home in a big city
Connie was wonderful. Made me feel so welcome. I was there for a conference so I was barely there, but she was there to welcome me and she greeted me every morning. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but its clean, safe, and cozy. The private entrance is nice, but steep :). The place is simple and was perfect for what I needed. It has a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. A nice dinning area that I sat at often, the chairs were comfortable. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, which is good for those who want to disconnect from technology. The tv in living room was large but I couldn't find a remote so had to change the channels old school :) The main road is on the other side of the gate so you hear every truck and car go by. Connie is awesome and provides ear plugs for the noise although I didn't need them. The place was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was awesome! It was only myself for the weekend but its a great little place for a family of four to stay comfortably. Really enjoyed my stay and would book with them again if I head to Miami again - so easy to get to and from my conference once I figured out which lanes to be in. Easy access from Airport and from 95.

Great location close to the airport, noisy road!
Excellent house to stay at and the value is fantastic. Close to Miami airport. On quite a noisy street at most hours, but they do give you ear plugs if you have an issue sleeping. Gated, so very secure, good internet, and basic kitchen facilities. Would stay again and recommend to others.
