Luxury Townhouse with Pool and Gated Parking

Enjoy a delightful stay in my modern 3 bedroom townhouse for your Miami trip. The unit is equipped with AC, Wifi, TV, etc. to make your stay comfortable. You can always enjoy the pool, kitchen, and free gated parking for one car. Our townhouse is less than 10 min away from restaurants, cafes, city center. The Backyard where the Pool is located, is equipped with philips hue lights, lie in the pool with a great ambiance. A wonderful location to discover Miami. We look forward to hosting you!

DINING ROOM - table setup for 8 and futon/couch. Half bathroom available for downstairs use

KITCHEN - fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker.

LIVING ROOM - comfy couch and large TV.

MASTER BEDROOM - 1 King bed and a large walk in closet. Ensuite bathroom includes an oversized luxurious shower with double vanity. Private balcony overlooks the backyard.

2nd BEDROOM - 1 Queen bed with closet and private balcony

3rd BEDROOM - 1 XL bunk bed: 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and closet.

LAUNDRY - Laundry closet with washer and dryer.

PARKING - Parking space for 1 normal sized car or suv.

BACKYARD - Pool, grill and dining table for 8. Mosquito control system active in the backyard for your comfort.
