Luxury in the Sky
Am amazing apartment located high in the Sky, Gorgeous views from the wrap around balcony. Host was very responsive and accomodating. This is a must stay if your looking for luxury at the beach. A++++

Great Home
A few cleaning issues but the property manager was responsive and helpful. The cleaning company did a terrible job cleaning the home before our arrival but the owners were kind enough to reimburse us the cleaning fee. Highly recommend this home especially because the owners is fair and kind. Great customer service.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great condo, great short stay!
We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo! It was a smooth check-in and the condo was uber clean. We had a very small glitch with the A/C but Susy and the front desk were very responsive and had everything fixed so quickly. The view from the balcony during the day and especially at night was amazing and so relaxing, probably our favorite part of the condo. Definitely would recommend Susy and the condo.

We were disappointed to find that ice maker was broken. Contacted host and she replied that couldn’t send a technician on Saturday evening which was understood but no follow up was made to fix issue the following day. Entry shower water temperature was cold or hot. Several electric outlets were not working. Huge Palmetto bugs was found One in kitchen sink. Couldn’t not connect 2nd bedroom tv to watch

We Loved The Sunshine State!
This was our first time in Miami and we loved every minute of it! The view from our condo was breathtaking. The host was very responsive with my emails. She communicated in a timely manner. The kitchen was adequately equipped for long term stays. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the residence amenities. The front desk even had tennis rackets and basketballs for us to use! I loved the gym. It’s clean and had a pretty decent amount of equipment to get a good workout in. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! 🙂

Fabulous and well-kept apt with incredible views
As you enter the apt you get fabulous views from every window and the wrap around balcony which are simply captivating. There is a new high-end leather sofa that makes the living room much more chic than the one in the current pictures. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were high quality. All my questions were answered promptly. The property manager was very efficient. The staff and service in the building were also great and very polite. The lobby, the elevator, the pool were all perfectly clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend it. I hope to visit again.

Super family vacation
We enjoyed our week in this wonderful condo. The first thing that amazed us was the fantastic view we had. Even better in reality than in pictures. We unfortunately had a lot of rain during the week so we didn't use much of the facilities. Luckily, we were very well in the condo. Everything was clean and spacious. The location is ideal, near shops and restaurants and especially near the beach with access to 2 chairs and umbrella which was very appreciated and easy to get. We were within walking distance of Holywood beach boardwalk. We used Valet Parking and we had a quick and great service! We want to thank the host and appreciated the regular follow-up.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views
We really enjoyed our time at the property. It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There are several grocery stores nearby and we were able to cook several meals at the condo. The beds were comfortable and it was really nice to have two bathrooms. The views from the the balcony are spectacular. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and looking at the ocean. The pool was awesome. We went everyday and had no problem finding chairs. There is a snack shop/bar by the pool which was very convenient. The condo comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella at the beach across the street. We went there one of the days and had no problem getting chairs. If you are flying into Ft. Lauderdale, I recommend you Uber to the condo. We rented a car and the only choice for parking was valet. All of the restaurants / attractions are very close and it would have been cheaper to Uber everywhere instead of paying to rent a car / valet.

Beautiful Unit
The unit and views were amazing! Loved the corner unit with multiple sliding glass doors and open feel. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, and safe. The couch needed to be cleaned, but other than that everything else was perfect. The building itself was very clean and nice. It was crowded therefore the wait time for the elevator was very long, but it was spring break so that is to be expected. Also, elevator broke down a few times. The main pool was also very crowded...but again we went at spring break so that is understandable. However, the second pool was not crowded at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that we did not care for was that there were not many restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlors, etc., within walking distance of the building, but if that does not bother you then it won't be an issue. Beautiful place to stay. Property Owner/Manager was very easy to work with, easy to contact/book, super friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation there! Spectacular views (spacious wrap-around balcony), nice rooms, close to the beach, and prompt responses with minor issues (e.g., light bulb). Valet parking staff are helpful and efficient. Thank you for a memorable and incredible vacation and will definitely go back. Note: We had a hard time getting the elevator during busy time (10-11am and 4-7pm). Future guests may want to plan ahead.

Hyde Beach House
This property is an excellent vacation rental. The pictures online do not even do it justice. The views are magnificent and it is a very quiet and clean place. The surrounding area is nice, safe and very close to the beach. The pools are clean and the management does an excellent job providing what is needed to make you comfortable. Well worth it. Thank you!!
