All our units are furnished similarly with the same quality and equipment per listing but with a slight difference in the decor and furniture. We cannot guarantee that you will get the same exact unit as in the pictures and we can't guarantee the floor of the unit!!!

Our representative will meet you at the property for the check-in process, please provide an estimated check-in time!
Parking: $25 a day paid upon arrival. assign parking ONLY! IF PARKED AT ANY OF THE NOT ASSIGNED PARKING YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE!
We don't allow loud music or noise at any time!
We don't allow any parties, events, or any type of gathering!
we don't allow smoking in the units or the property!
we don't allow drinks, food, or any type of glass at the pool!
Our rules are very strict and any valuation of the rules will result in evicting everyone from the property without warning and NO refund will be issued including the deposit of $500 will NOT be refund.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (UPON REQUEST ONLY!)
Please contact us one hour before arrival!
LOUD NOISE:
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY INTERRUPTION TO OTHER GUESTS OR RESIDENTS AT THE PROPERTY!!! NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
NO SMOKING:
THIS VACATION RENTAL IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!!! VISITORS ARE SUBJECT TO A $200 FEE AND IMMEDIATE EVACUATION AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, IF NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
