Locations include, but are not limited to, all angles of the property's exterior, the pool, and common areas. Their function is purely for security, offering peace of mind and safekeeping during your stay.

Our Home Undergoes Rigorous Cleaning and Sanitization According to CDC Standards. Our Dedicated Team Conducts Pre-Stay Inspections to Ensure an Impeccable Experience for You
Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure

Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
