The room next door was robbed by the cleaning lady. The place was shared with like 10 closet sized bedrooms. Everything smells terrible. Food and trash all over. Crackheads and sketchy people sharing the place. We nearly got robbed ourselves too. Don’t go here. Place is an absolute scam and should be taken down from Expedia. Don’t go here.

The "staff" is an old lady setting guests up to be robbed. Sure literally set me up in a room with no lock (physical lock with "missing key") so that my belongings were vulnerable. When I stepped in the bathroom, I heard the door of my room close. I was locked out of the room. -- Long story short, my phone was stolen. I had to call the police in order to recover my property. This property should NOT be listed. If it continues to be listed, I will make sure the body camera footage of the officer that helped me recover my phone is released. I'll probably do it regardless; The public should know what you're setting them up for. That house is a criminal operation, plain and simple. Please don't ignore what I'm telling you.

Not a hotel, old hose, bad neighbourhood, no staff onsite, chickens running around yard, dirty, what is advertised is NOT what it is. Travelled for approaching 50 years globally, the worst experience I've ever had this includes, India, Pakistan, Croatia and many, many third world countries, the absolute worst

Business Trip

One needs to read their confirmation email carfully. There is no on-site staff. The check-in process is easy once you know it. The water pressure for the shower is non-existent. The facility was clean snd the beds were comfortable. There is no access to wifi.

I drove two hours to Miami yesterday to stay at this resort if that’s what you wanna call her, and there was no on-site receptionist attendant nobody, they just text me a code to get in said help yourself in fend for yourself, hope you have a great time. So the combination of that I left within an hour because of the service was awful. I couldn’t even get a hold of the resort manager. If you look back with our history with hotels.com spend a lot and a lot of money with you guys and for once I would appreciate a refund on this trip, please. Please get back to me sweetie Manor. I would greatly appreciate it. I hope you have a great day.

I was forced to stay at completely different place that I booked. And that was terrible, stinky bathroom, a bed a with broken leg etc. I made a reservation for a business double sized bedroom, but there was a single bed. I want them to pay me back.
