It's a decent 1-star hotel with good customer service -- if it's offered at a 1-star hotel price. But we paid about double that, and that made it unreasonably expensive. I know all about the "dynamic" prices paradigm, but this was way too much. A budget hotel that is cheap in every way (e.g. poor mattresses, unsteady internet, thin walls, very tired furniture, etc.) cannot be charging people 3 or 4-star rates and be expecting good reviews. I understand that there is increased demand during busy periods, but they still can't be surprised if customers conclude they didn't get their money's worth.
