I’ve heard about the Gaythering for some time and finally had the chance to stay there. I wish it could’ve been a longer stay but I loved it. The room was nice and super clean, love the red touches of the curtains and shower curtain, that shower pressure was amazing. I didn’t have the chance to use the sauna or get breakfast so maybe next time but in overall it was excellent. I just feel the rooms could use a bit more light but that’s just me other than that everything was great.

Staff is great and attentive and the rooms are nice and well maintained. Unfortunately during my stay the A/C was out for the entire building for the entirety of my stay. I was notified of this as I was checking in and was told I could cancel for a full refund or if wanted to stay they would comp me for the days that the A/C was non-functional and would be given a fan and vouchers for free drinks. I stayed and while it did get uncomfortably warm in my room occasionally I didn’t regret my stay at all and would stay again. Big shout out to the management for their handling of bad situation that was out of their control.

My 1st stay at the Gaythering was magnificent. The experience was augmented by a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employee named Chase. He greeted me with a smile every morning and provided infinite recommendations and local pro-tips for an elevated trip. He went above and beyond without being asked or forced.
