If I could give it 6 stars I would. Firstly, the hotel is stunning. It is a true luxurious boutique hotel at a great price point! The design and decor are perfect. The rooms are beautiful and you really feel swept away on vacation. The rooftop pool and lounge are also gorgeous and a perfect spot to relax. The location of the hotel is on a little esplanade that you can walk along with restaurants. It is also less than 5 mins walk to the beach, and your hotel stay comes with access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Most importantly though, is the customer service and staff who make it so wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Larry at the front desk. He went so far above and beyond in terms of customer service, he was incredible! I cannot wait to come back!

Everything about this hotel is a win! The balcony rooms are gorgeous, and they're always well stocked. The rooftop pool is a perfect size for a boutique hotel, and shade is always an option with the moving awnings so you can be there rain or shine. We laid out under them during a little drizzle and it was really peaceful and relaxing. The bar had everything, including coconuts you can add a rum shot to. The perfect poolside drink! The restaurant they have serving the hotel breakfast, the Drexel, has incredible food, and the meals are tasty and imaginative. I loved the breakfast with caramelized heirloom carrots. Checking in and out is always easy, I’ve never been charged extra for anything. The rooms are beautiful with lots of lush landscaping so you really feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. Not to mention the array of restaurants downstairs like Paperfish, where you can satisfy any craving within steps including gelato or liquor infused desserts, and the fact that you can be at Ocean Drive within 2 short easily walkable blocks.

This boutique hotel is great! I went for a conference and everything was walking distance. Miami convention center was 15 min walk and the area has entertainment, dining and lots of choices. The speakeasy is nice and quaint. Rooms clean and hospitality was great! Definitely plan to return. Get the superior king room with balcony. Room little small but doesn’t change my review.

It was hard to find the entrance to start our uber driver almost passed it. We didn't get our free bottle of wine despite asking for it three times. At 6 am thr fire alarm went off and there was no communication from the staff or any apologies, but another family was offered $125 off their bill wow we got nothing from this place for the inconvenience not even the promised bottle of wine. The hotel is next to a school so if you want to wake up to screaming kids this is place for you. I was so excited about this place and researched it extensively just to be so disappointed. It was an adorable small hotel but we would not return again.

We love this property. The rooms are a bit small but the vibe and the location make up for it. Service upstairs is pretty meh. But I still prefer it to anything else on Espinoza Way. Worth a try!
