Service from the staff was excellent overall, the location of the hotel was very convenient for beach access but the parking was not ideal. Beds are super uncomfortable and the hotel definitely had some outdated looks. Self check-in went smoothly.

Was a very cute and beautiful art deco period hotel in Miami Beach. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and very quiet! The check was n and check out was quick and easy.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Made to look good for Instagram, shoddy in real life. Unhelpful staff. We had booked to stay here for two nights. The Expedia advert stated "offsite parking available for $20 a day with discounts available" when we arrived there was only on street parking with a 3 hour max time limit. Off street parking was $50 for 12 hours. We weren't going to pay $200 to park our car about 5 blocks from the hotel. We decided to stay elsewhere. The manager refused to refund more than one night, despite us not staying there. While I understand the parking was out of their control, the yadvertised falsely on Expedia and it was their choice not to refund us. I will be following this up with Miami dade consumer complaints due to the false or misleading advertising. On top of this, while the pictures of the hotel and rooms might look nice, they were run down, things were broken and there was no additional night time security between the street and your bedroom door. Very unsafe

On south beach close enough to Collins Ave so that you can easily find your way to the main attractions. But in a nice spot so that you don’t have to deal with any rowdy people or loud noises at night

Good value stay in South Beach
Well-located in the quieter, less touristic end of South Beach. The room was a little smaller than expected (even though it was called a “Cosy King”) but we really liked the interior design and the bed was super comfortable. Sadly the hotel restaurant has been closed and the bar was also offering a very limited service which was a shame. The hotel team were really accommodating and always on hand to help.

Great hotel. Liked the self check-in option. 3 mins walk to Collins Ave where you can get all the transport options to Miami Beach to Downtown as well as a free trolley tour bus. Also just a 10 min walk straight down to the beach. Love the free hotel bikes which I made great use of. Definitely would visit again. Only minus was that restaurant was closed.

Cute place, lots of spaces to hang out
This place was reasonably priced for the location. Lobby area is cute and has some good seating for small groups. There was a kitchen with patio, but no more restaurant. Same with bar, the guy working could only serve beer & wine, but if they had a bartender, our group of 8 would have definitely had a number of cocktails. Staff were nice, but it seemed like a skeleton crew. Rooms were comfortable and ours in particular was fairly spacious for this part of Miami Beach, but one of our group had a very tiny room that wasn’t what they booked originally. We had to ask for wash cloths, and it appeared the hotel just didn’t have hand towels. We did have two large bath towels in the room when we arrived. The roof area is neat, great spots to hang out with friends. Location is great for easy walk to beach, restaurants, CVS. I hope this place figured out their staffing issues, we would have had at least one meal there during our stay if there was a restaurant open.
