It was a lot smaller than it appeared. From our end of the hall, you could hear every shower's water pipes. Parking is down the street. City parking is $1.50 an hour and free from 8 to 8, but it's two blocks down the street. Would I stay again? Yes. It's 100 feet from the beach and cheaper than everything else. It was clean and friendly, and the service was 5-star and centrally located.

No valet, charge you $250 deposit with no mention until you get there, deadbolt was not working in room, smelled bad, carpet and tub were dirty, and the noise in the streets was very prevalent.

Not bad location for families but looks like hotel is ready for teardown. Hotel last renovated 40 years ago. Get rid of carpets in rooms for starters.

It said beach front hotel, that’s why I rented it, when asked about the beachfront view, was told it was $100 more a night, told them never mind and that should of been said in Expedia. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it anyway, the place has no balconies at all. So beachfront view is just a small window. The parking is a mess. They don’t have a parking lot, you need to park a block or more away, and people are always looking for parking, so you go in circles. Need to pay for the parking constantly all day till 6pm…better off just Uber or taxi if staying in this place. I was there from Saturday to Tuesday morning and the people upstairs sounded like they were fighting and throwing things the whole time, every time I came to the room they were at it!!! could not sleep of how loud they were at 2,3,4 am. the staff did nothing about it. Will definitely not be staying there anymore. Some of the staff were great and some well not so much! If you do stay near bye… I recommend going to El Rancho Grande and Locura 305, the food was fantastic!!

I would not recommend this property. No parking available and when I arrived no valet parking or bellman. I had to unload my own luggage while my car was outside with the risk being towed. Checkout at 11am and if pass the time between 11:01-12:00 noon you get charged $25 and pass 2:00pm you get charged another night . The staff very unfriendly. They don’t greet you at all either at checking or check-out.

I wouldn’t stay here again, mold in the corner of the shower, old rugs that should be replaced, musty smell that hits you in the face right when you walk in. Pay for what you get.
