Great place for one person to stay if you’re going to be out most of the time. It was exactly what I needed for an event I was participating in. Close to the Design District and beaches. And parking in front of the house. I’d stay there again.

Simply brilliant
Sam and andy’s place feels like home. Very well outfitted kitchen and bathroom. She added so many thoughtful touches. Really extraordinary hostess. She even did my laundry. Location is very safe and very quiet. I’m very satisfied in all respects with both the property and the hostess.

Perfect For A Quick Trip!
My childhood friend and I came into town for an anime convention and found this to be a perfect place to rest and recover during our busy weekend. The outside of the property is quaint and the sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette were clean and perfect for our purposes. Would definitely stay again!

It felt like we came to stay with family but with privacy as well. The owners are warm and friendly. The bonus was being greeted with fresh fruits grown from their yard. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

It was absolutely the perfect getaway spot! It was close to everything and I took Ubers, it was cheap. Beautiful place for 2 people, had everything you need and more! Owners made sure it was just perfect! Myself and my husband will definitely be back, multiple times! I absolutely loved it, Five Stars.
