Unpleasant !!
This does not look like the pictures the hotel is actually abandon and creepy no one was staying there expect me. They had the check in time incorrect and i waited outside for hours. The water is freezing cold unless you run it for 30+ minutes. Couch was digusting, walls were dirty, ceiling was falling apart, the entire building was CREEPY, the bathroom door wouldnt shut, some lights didnt work, the key fob entry for the front door also didnt work properly, and the shower looked sketchy too. By far THE WORST place i've ever stayed if they fixed some things up and the hotel was not abandon or under construction it had potential and a good location. Will not book here again though not recommened.

i HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE A FEW YEARS AGO. THE PROPERTY IS MUCH MORE RUN DOWN AND NO AMENITIES RESTRANT GONE THE DOORS LOCK AT 9:00 I CALLED FROM THE AIRPORT AS DIRECTED 30 MINUTES GOT THERE AND STILL HAD TO WAIT ON THE STEPS FOR 15 MORE MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO LET ME IN. THERE IS SOME WORK BEING DONE ON THE PROPERTY BUT EXPEDIA NEVER LET ME KNOW TILL AFTER I BOUGHT THE TICKET. I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED BY EITHER PARTY. DON'T KNOW IF I WILL TRUST EXPEDIA AGAIN.

TERRIBLE!!
My stay at this C Oceans Sanctuary was horrible first off upon reserving this location I couldn’t get in contact with anyone from the rental unit or the property owner not even anyone at VRBO after days of trying to get in touch with someone I finally got a response and was given a number to stay in contact to get details upon my arrival which I gave her the time I would get into Miami which was 10-11 at night after getting there and informing the young lady (Elnora) is her name I believe that I was there I asked about parking cause I rented a car and she told me parking is $35 a day cause there’s no street parking so I had to work out a deal with the parking lot outside the building finally get in and this place looked NOTHING like the pics advertised totally disappointed but I said NOTHING I didn’t complain didn’t want to ruin my trip there was no pool which was advertised, balcony was nothing like the pics it was just false advertisement and to add insult to injury after being there for two days the lady that helps keep it clean or whatever Elnora calls/texts me and said I owe an extra $200 almost and my response was heck no I paid the total amount due which what was asked to pay no partial amount I paid my trip total so after going back and forth she said she would call the police and I gladly welcomed it well she didn’t call the police I was actually thinking of moving to a hotel there for my last two days but this place was HORRIBLE NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Disappointed. Site should take more care of offer
Extremely disappointed with the stay and even more so with the fact that a company like Hotels.com allows lodging in these conditions to be offered on the website. From the beginning of the offer until the end of the stay I felt cheated. I confess that I was attracted by the offer of a "hotel" with such good location at a below average price. But when we get to the place we understand the price reason. Thinking it would be a hotel we arrived to leave the suitcase and in this way enjoy the day because it was still 9:30 AM. From there the disappointments began. 1) the Hotel was closed and somewhat abandoned so there was no reception and so little place to leave our bags. 2) After contacting the telephone informing on the reservation we were informed that there was no where to leave our bags and so little early check in. after much insistence we got the early check in at 14:30, 3) A third staff received us to open the room. the main door was opened electronically with the availability of a key only being that we were two people. 4) The bedding was visibly stained with recent use. As there was no internet available we had to go out and find the internet to communicate about the fact and ask for the exchange of the same. What happened on the same day.5) We also inform you of the TV signal that was also repaired on the same day.6) Even promised the internet was never fixed and we had to buy internet cards. 7)) Even though nothing happened we felt very insecure in the place .
