✱✱Pool can be heated at the guest's request for an additional $50 per day payable upfront before check-in. The heater will be turned on the day of arrival or the day before. The heater takes up to 24-48 to heat depending on the time of year and weather permitting
✱✱Very important the pool heater does not come with the home it is an added amenity and is an additional charge. We are not responsible if there are issues with the heater during your stay. We will do our very best to mitigate if issues arise but as the management company, we are not responsible for malfunctions. Thank you for your understanding
✱✱We aim to make your experience enjoyable, including your use of our pool. Maintaining a pristine pool is important, that’s why we schedule pool cleaning twice a week, but natural factors like wind, rain and surrounding vegetation can occasionally cause debris or leaves to appear despite our best efforts. Our team works diligently to maintain the pool's cleanliness, but if you desire a spotless pool throughout your stay, we offer daily cleaning services for an additional $50 per cleaning. ✱✱There will be a fine starting at $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside after checkout.
✱✱Please note there is a neighborhood noise ordinance from 10 pm -8 AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you!
✱✱No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property at any time during your stay
.✱✱Please note, as much as we love our furry friends, unfortunately, due to the owner’s allergies and for future guests' health and safety, we are unable to accommodate any pets, including service animals or emotional support animals, at this property. We appreciate your understanding. We are not the owners, so we must honor the owner’s decision.
✱✱Please know that security cameras are located outside of the home for the safety of all guests staying on the property; tampering, covering, or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property.
✱✱We require all guests under the reservation to provide a government-issued ID to the host before the check-in time, as well as, sign a rental agreement which you can see under house rules.
✱✱Entry instructions will not be sent out until the Govt issued ID is received.
✱✱We use a third-party platform to communicate with the guests for pre check-in and arrival instructions.

1.Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home at any time.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of all smoking materials safely if you smoke outside.
2. People other than those on the reservation may not have access to the property without express permission from the host.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors
4. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
5. Neither the Property Owner or the property manager (HostyMosty) is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises
6.Neither the property owner nor the property manager is responsible for the guest's loss of personal belongings or valuables.
7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
8. Only use appliances for their intended uses
9. Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time
10. All guests staying 2 weeks, or more are required to have an additional cleaning at guest’s expense paid at time of booking. Host will send requests for funds through the resolution center.
11. Gas Grill (if available) will be maintained and cleaned after each use of. If not, guests will be charged an additional $50 for cleaning.

We are very specific about our pet policy at this property: *no animals are allowed.* This policy is clearly stated in our listing to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, especially those with allergies.
*Service Animals:*
If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify us in advance. A service animal must be with you at all times to fulfill its role. Upon arrival, you must provide details about the specific service the animal provides and its breed.

- Non hypoallergenic animals must also be disclosed in advance.
