The staff never reached out to book an arrival time. After multiple calls and calls to Expedia to call them no one answered at 8:45 pm standing out in front of the building getting drenched for an hour. Had to rebook. Not only would I never stay here again. I’m having my credit card company withdraw the funds.

I liked the fact that you were able to take in the property as a home setting. Would definitely return again. Side note- you can warm, heat via toaster oven and make coffee along with having a fridge. Everything you could ask for instead of a stove and a comforter. Overall I give it an 8/10 due to the fact of not having a stove and water not being able to go to an hotter level in the shower.

The location is awesome. After a little hiccup in check in, the stay was ok. However, I did have someone come into my room while I was laying in bed. I don’t know if that was the cleaners at but it was 7 p.m. With the way the room is setup, I would bring an extra layer of security because there is no extra latch on the inside. Some additions for a better stay, beach stuff. Doesn’t have to be a lot but would make it better for guests. Sugar for coffee. There was a coffee maker, creamer, but no sugar packets (Minor) but giving host a way to improve. Additionally, I asked for late checkout and did not receive a response. My flight was at night. There is no one to check you in or out. You send a message and may or may not get a response. I had to ask for my room information the day I arrived. I was worried I wasn’t going to get the information. This should be the biggest improve - communication with guests. Location is awesome though. You have some city bikes right next to the place and in my opinion it’s the quickest and cheapest way to get around.

It was definitely the ideal spot for me since I was going to the Miami Beach Convention Center for 3 days back to back. The beach was within walking distance and there was a bunch of restaurants and other spots to explore all within walking distance! The property itself was fine for me though some folks might expect more out of it. It’s definitely no hotel by any means but if you need somewhere that’s cost affordable and don’t need a WHOLE lot of space and just need the essentials (bed, sofa, bathroom and tv) then I would definitely recommend this spot!
