We paid for an advertised 1650 square foot unit with 1 king and 2 queen beds. We received a smaller unit with 2 double beds. The dining table was worn and the bathroom tile had some mold. We were more upset about paying extra for a unit that we did not receive. We reached out our entire stay trying to get it resolved, but kept getting the run around from every angle. We were promised a small refund for the upcharges of the room and we still are getting the run around on that refund. I have never been this mistreated by customer service in my life. I feel like we were scammed into paying for something that was advertised,but not received.

We absolutely loved this condo! It is booked through a third party company and they communicated through email and did require some forms to be filled out ahead of the reservation, which was no problem. The resort itself is very high end and has great accommodations. The resort employees were very friendly and willing to help. They even contacted the third party hosts when we arrived to ask a few questions about the room so we would know what we could go to the grocery store for. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, full fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and basic dining needs. They provided towels and paper goods as well! This came in handy for making food so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The grocery store is right across the street which was convenient, too. There are also plenty of dining options close by to walk or Uber to. The views are stunning (ocean, city, canal and the Hard Rock Cafe at night!) and the balcony is expansive with outdoor seating and table. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the shower with a rainfall shower head. Access to the beach and pools are perfect for a relaxing get away, whether it’s a couple or a family. Highly recommend!!

This property is in a beautiful location beautiful beach view. But this property is terribly maintained! Lighting in kitchen so dim we had to use our phone flashlights to cook. Stovetop does not work properly. Refrigerator either is too warm or it freezes the food. Handles on bathroom door fell off tiolet paper holder fell off wall, towel bar fell off wall. Sink in main bath wouldn't drain. Sheets on master bedroom bed dirty!! Pillowcases were stained and gross. Remote in master bedroom didn't work. We didn't have any dish cloths, dish towels or hot pad holders in kichen. We called maintenance first thing in am of 1st day amd he didnt show up until 6:30pm! He put the handle on the bathroom door and brought 4 dish cloths...said Remote was broken and he would bring a new one next morning...he never came back!! Also furniture not kept up either. Only 1 bar stool at bar, and chairs around dining table very unstable to sit at. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
