We really enjoyed staying at this property for four nights and five days. The location of the house is simply magical with the bay that the backyard opens into and the excellently stocked watersports in the house. Being near multiple restaurants and shopping and beaches is icing on the cake. Scott is very responsive and attentive.

Great house on the water!
The house is in a great location, on the water with kayaks and paddle board equipment. The house was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated 15 people. Scott, the owner, was very responsive and very helpful. Staying at the house was a great experience.

Location, location, location!
We had the best time at Scott’s property. We weren’t able to check in on time, but we found other things to do within walking distance to fill time. The property is older and it shows, but it was very clean the backyard was EVERYTHING!!! Our family of 13 had plenty of room. Scott was not on property this past week, but he kept in touch and made sure we were taken care of! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Fantastic Property in a perfect location
We organized a small off-premise event for a group of 8 senior R&D members of the company joining from different cities in the world. Everything was just perfect. Scott, the host, is always available to assist and would even invite us on a boat trip, that weather frustrated.

Perfect location for our annual planning sessions
For the second year in a row we organized our company's planning boot camp in Villa La Vue. As in previous occasions in was a great success. Scott is a wonderful host who is always available, and the property is at a perfect location with a very reasonable pricing. It is not easy to find a property who can host 10 adults with enough privacy and big space to entertain as well to conduct business sessions. We will surely repeat next year.

Beautiful Spot!
This house is enormous with a killer view of Biscayne Bay. My large family was comfortable and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is well equipped for cooking ,baking, dining and entertaining. Many shops and stores within walking distance and the beach is a short walk or drive. This house is excellent for large groups and has an inviting back yard for bbqs or just lounging watching the dolphins swim by. The owner Scott Hannon is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT VACATION RENTAL!!
The Rental house was PERFECT: Clean, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, quiet,great views, and much better than staying in a HOTEL! 15-20 Min Cab ride to South Beach and convenient shops/eateries/shopping mall nearby about a 5 min walk! Perfect for a group getaway as we lounged in the backyard for BBQ,played pool,watched TV, while watching the dolphins swim nearby and boats passing through the channel. The owner was very cooperative and accommodating to all our rental needs. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental location to anyone traveling to MIAMI, and we look forward to coming back soon and plan to stay at LA VUE VILLA! Thanks again SCOTT!

Wonderful family weekend
Can’t say enough good things about this property or Scott our host. The house was perfect for our needs - we had 8 women - all had our own sleeping quarters and the common area (living room, dining room, bar) was awesome for our nightly dinners and gab sessions. It was in a great location, easy to get Ubers, and we felt very safe. All the essentials were provided - including plenty of bath and beach towels. The outdoor space was great - we spent several mornings having coffee and a couple of us went kayaking one day. Gorgeous views sunrise and sunset. Scott was a great host - very responsive to our questions and extremely helpful to the group who went kayaking - providing guidance and answering questions. We make this family trip every year and this was one of the best! Thank you Scott :)

There were only 4 of us renting the villa. The amount of space was amazing. Unit was furnished very nicely. Beds were all very comfortable. The communication and assistance from Scott that we received through out our stay was great. A couple small things occurred but he was there immediately to help. He went out of his way to make our entire stay even more enjoyable. Which we really appreciated. The view is beautiful. We took a short walk to several restaurants. Also walked to the beach. The Greek Place downtown and Carpaccios at the mall were great. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great Vacation Home
10/8/2010 a group of 14 friends were pleasantly suprised at the very nice accomodations. Scott was a great help and the house was everything and more he said it would be. It was well maintained in a nice neighborhood. It's really close to everything. I was alittle nervous renting online but let me tell you, this was GREAT! The grocery store was not 5 minutes away(go east), there was good restaurants and bars close by also. (go to Flanigan's 5 min away $1.50 draft beer and next door is a cheap liquor store and 2 doors down is Publix) Almost forgot the great sunsets from the back yard too. Thanks again Scott.

Perfect for a family reunion gathering!
We had 3 families staying in this home and it was perfect. The kids (and the adults) enjoyed the pool table as well as the spacious area for handing out both indoors and outdoors. We especially appreciated using the kayaks to explore the bay- such a cool, beautiful adventure. The home is cozy, clean and has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Scott is a helpful, friendly manager who was readily available when we had questions. This home is also in an incredible location. I jogged to the beach every day and even found an outdoor workout park a few blocks away on the island. There are parks for the kids as well. The evening sunsets over the bay were stunning from the outdoor lounge chairs. I would highly recommend this home!

Absolutely lovely place
This property is beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and a great place to stay. Scott, the host, is amazing. He is gracious, honest, helpful in every way and truly makes himself available. The photos are accurate- yes it is that lovely! The setting could not be better- it is peaceful and you are right on the water- making it grand to dine in or outside, and enjoy the paddle boards and the kayaks. The walk to the beach is about 10-12 minutes, and is easy. Bay Harbor Islands sit adjacent to Surfside and Bal Harbour so their restaurants, shopping, and pristine beaches are at your fingertips. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants in Bay Harbor islands as well. We had the most wonderful time and hope to return again soon. Thank you Scott!

Great location! Terrific view from the terrace! House fully equipped with appliances. Free parking!
The unit is big indeed. We had 3 families wit kids that freely fit in the unit and each of the family could maintain their privacy when they wanted. The property owner Scott was very responsive to any questions that we had and was always easily reachable to show us "tricks" around the house. The house had everything in it to move in and live in it - soaps, paper towels and toilet paper, shower and beach towels, kitchen appliances, oil, salt and pepper, dishwasher, laundry washer (with detergents!!!) and dryer. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Scott!!!
