The Sian will be undergoing an elevator modernization project starting around May 24, 2024 and completing around May 30, 2025. This will require one of the three elevators to be taken out of service at a time, however, there should always be two operating elevators.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE (1) FOB FOR EVERY TWO (2) GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 UPON ARRIVAL. FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.   GUESTS WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS DURING THEIR STAY THAT WILL BE GIVEN AT CHECK IN.

ONLY GUESTS WHO WE REGISTER WITH SECURITY ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE GROUNDS.

TV & INTERNET: THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE CABLE TV. FREE INTERNET AND WIFI ALONG WITH FREE INTERNET TV ACCESS IS PROVIDED.

Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.

Guests must complete and sign the electronic contract sent to them after booking listing the names of all occupants

IDs and completed contracts must be received within 48 hours after booking or the reservation may be cancelled
