Neighborhood overview
The house is located in a residential area near the Buena Vista District. This neighborhood is located near world famous Design District and Wynwood, and includes some of the oldest homes in Miami.
In the 1890s, Buena Vista was a small village whose founding and growth paralleled Miami's during the Land Boom of the 1920s.

The Upper Buena Vista district, located at the northern tip of Buena Vista bordering Little Haiti, encompasses one jam-packed block centered around an ancient tree. Its branches extend throughout most of the complex, providing ample shade for a dozen or so shops and restaurants.

Getting around
A car is not necessary. Uber and Lyft offer reliable and affordable rides around the city.
