Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Resent vacation
Nice big condo. Very poorly equipped. No bed spread in the master. No drinking classes in kitchen, only wine glasses. Bathrooms very dated. Wimpy chairs and table on the deck. Nice big deck looking over the ocean, but you have these cheap plastic chairs to sit in and a cheap folding table.

BEWARE! Wont even meet BASIC needs.Thiswas detailed but had to cut it short due to character limits!
I never leave negative reviews! Even after a bad experience, but this experience was unacceptable.We booked a 2-bdrm ocean view suite but were given what was available instead at check-in. Ocean views were booked. I believe they intentionally double-book, knowing tired travelers will accept whatever is available. The unit was freezing (temps in the 40sF), and we later learned the entire building has no heat. The host dismissed concerns, saying she didn’t feel the need to “advertise heat” because we’re in Florida, instead of providing extra blankets or space heaters before arrival knowing the building didn’t have heat. My husband and toddler had to sleep in layers to warm up. We had to share one washcloth. Requests for more were ignored, forcing us to buy towels & a space heater.Other issues:•Extremely minimally stocked kitchen. •A second door in the kitchen that couldn’t be locked from the inside, but has a keyhole to enter from the outside, a clear safety concern.•One elevator broken, the other extremely slow (20 min wait), making it difficult for my husband, who uses a cane & is awaiting hip surgery. The host was dismissive, became unresponsive, & cared more about profit than guest comfort. The front desk staff tried their best but were limited in how they could help. I do not leave bad reviews, I try to give people grace, but this property’s issues are consistent across other reviews on VRBO & the property site. Run the other way!

Had a 2bdrm. All the tvs only had 2 channels. The phone did not work. No exhaisted fans in bathroom..the elevators took forever, when they were working. Definatly will not recommend

The pictures did not lie, everything was nice and clean and the Ocean view was amazing. I would suggest that management leave more linen being that you must request linen from the front desk by 3pm or you wont be able to get any. They should also put paper towels in the kitchen. Overall it was an amazing stay and getaway.

The building location is perfect. The lobby is very nice and clean. The building hallway to check into your unit is not that clean. The sliding door on the condo does not work so you CAN'T go to the balcony. The bathrooms were outdated and the condo needed deep cleaning. I try to contact the host to get some check-in information and the host never answer me. I had to call the host number to get check-in information.

The pictures do not represent this property, the whole building is run down and old, the actual room has VERY old and dirty mattresses and carpets, kind of disgusting really and i had a really hard time sleeping because of the conditions. We were really glad this was only a one might stay.

Watched the moon and sunrise. Could not be happier with the view off the balcony. My son lives in Miami and we spent his birthday and Thanksgiving with him on this property. Had one issue with the tv and maintenance was there within half an hour to fix it. The outside restaurant had the best empanadas

The location and stay was great. The condo was a lot older than the pictures online displayed. There wasn’t a lot of cooking essentials and other needed things to get you by for example, no paper towels or kitchen soap. When the AC starts up it is very loud. The place was very clean and the views were great. If the furniture was laid out better for you to really enjoy the view that would be a lot better.

First off- great location- amazing view. We enjoyed breakfast this morning at Tropical Cafe and were happy with our food and service. Bed was comfy. However, pictures are a little deceiving. While the unit was very clean, the age of the room and hotel definitely shines through throughout the property. A little TLC -whiches seems like it could be in the works- would go a long way here. With that being said- we were happy with our stay and would stay again without an issue, but I would look around before booking again.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had
Who ever owns this property does NOT take pride in it. Ceilings in the lobby had water stains, tables were very old and worn. We arrived 45 mins prior to check in, room wasn’t ready yet which is fine BUT once 4pm on the dot rolls around we get into our room and it wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly. Our bedding had stains, there was dirt on the coffee table in the living room, coffee stains on the dresser in the room. We call down to the front desk to tell them about how the room isn’t clean and the sheets our dirty. We are told they can’t send anyone to clean and offered to bring someone to “see”. Oh and our need sheets were brought up and left in our room in a garbage bag. The pool was not kept clean I saw someone come out once early in the morning to open it and no maintaining throughout the day. There was a sign on our sliding glass door saying the balcony wasn’t open when that is what we literally paid for! The front desk had no courtesy whatsoever to even mention this.I wish I could say I was joking but this is an honest to god experience I had here. I’ve never in my life experienced something like this and it’s almost comical. We never got any type of room service we left out a bag of trash to be picked up outside our door for two days it sat there we saw that other rooms were getting their items picked up so as an experiment we put our trash next to another door and lo and behold it was magically picked up. Don’t stay here.

Mis leading Dis organised
We had booked an ocean front, same booking as the one we made in November 2023. At first they couldnt find us, so we were given a 3rd floor apt. When I inquired asa to what happened I was told that this was an ocean view same as the original booking. It was not. It was barely what we had and smaller. No adjustment no apology. I guess becasue "technically" its an as described there was nothing we could do. So ocean view can mean whatever they want it to mean. Obviously not got back.
