This property is centrally located near everything in Miami. Everything is just 5 minutes away. Makes you getting around very easy and cheap uber rates

I recommend getting an uber to where you want to go. It will be a cheap ride because everything is so close to your location.

Weed, Vapor, Smoke, Party detector on Property and owner will be notified by device. Any alerts by the system will inquire a $500 fee

1- NO loud music after 10 pm
2- $500 fee per day for smoking inside house
3-$500 fee for parties in the house
4- Guest takes full responsibility for all pets actions a pet fee of $25 per day collected before check in. If not paid before check this will cause a non refundable cancelation.
5-Only 1 cars allowed in parking space, everything else will be towed
6-Locals most contact host before booking.
7- Only the 2 guest staying on the property are allowed. All guest must be declared. Any undeclared guest will charged an additional $40 per day.
8-Additional $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.
9- $45 late check out fee for 30 minutes passed check out, If you stay longer the 2 hours passed check out we will charge a full day rate and this does not allow you to stay on the property. This is just a penalty.
10- Any person not following the rules, will have their stay terminated.
11- Only the person who booked can check in into their reservation.
12- Please have a working phone line to be able to contact.

Studio with a king size bed…fresh linens…very clean…ac works really well! You will need to Uber to various places around Miami. There are no attractions within walking distance.

The apartment was very clean and super nice! BUT we wanted to cancel the apartment 2 months before and the cancelation was pending till the day we arrived. We did not get a response so we decided to come and stay there even though our plans had changed. Carlos took well care of us when we were there:) All I all we still had a great experience with the apartment and can’t complain

Great Stay
My wife, dog & I stayed here for 4 nights. The accommodations were exactly as described. There was a little grassy area fir our dog to take care of business. The location was perfect for all of our needs. We found a Win Dixe close by that was open late. My wife likes to exercise & had a membership to Planet Fitness. The gym was within walking distance from the property. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Miami

The Studio is exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Walking 3 minutes from a new commercial center with supermarket, shops and places to eat. Uber available super quick for wherever you want to go. Since I love Walking, I walked to Civic center (10 minutes) to catch the metro rail. Carlos, the owner replied to all my questions in no time. Overall great stay, nice air conditioned room with everything you need including coffee. The only downfall was there was no bathroom curtain in the shower area, we had to improvise with a towel to cover it. But overall was a good stay

Great apartment!
The apartment itself is great, very clean and checkin instructions are very clear. Easy drive/Uber to different neighborhoods like little Havana and Wynwood. There is not a whole lot that is very walkable but Miami is such a large city that we found it easier to get around by car. Would definitely recommend!!

The place was incredibly good!
free parking. A very complete kitchen. Comfortable bed. Tv with cable, table for two, closet, Heater and air conditioning. Very clean and well kept. I have stayed in different hotels before (more expensive) in Miami, Chicago and New York and this place is by far better and cheaper than all those hotels (except for the view from the window). My only complaint is the check-out at 11.
