"The property was what we expected, though it basically could use a refresh. The pool is the centerpiece, and the bottom is ready for a fresh coat of paint. I strongly suggest you add robes if you're using the words "resort" and "spa" in the name of your property. Also, our air conditioning was tough to use because the remote is old and finicky (it took two members of the cleaning staff to get it to work). "

"Unique facility. Had the feel of an ABNB with small kitchen resources. Very informal feel and environment as they provided many outside activity (bike, pool, coolers, etc.) which was perfect for being close to the water. Parking was available for residents; however, vehicle size could impact where you could park. Room exactly as described. Quiet. No construction going on during our stay. "Truly an excellent place, the owners didnt hesistate to put the best building materials into the villa. There are at least 5 to 6 towel hangers in bathroom. No stinginess there. The architect did an amazing job making a 2 BR villa look big, and on our first entry we said "wow". The swimming pool was special with lots of little spa like sections, all connected to main section, people can sit around and chat with separate privacy. An 11 am check out time gave us a lovely relaxed last morning. We...
