"My first solo trip and it could not have gone better! The location was amazing in the centre of Valetta, literally not even 2 minutes from the main street. There are shops and restaurants along the street and it was super easy to find. The hotel offered me an airport shuttle but i used public transport. I was given a whatsapp message with videos on how to access the hotel on the day of check in. I had some teouble with my main door upon checkout (my own fault, i wasnt turning enough) the staff...

"Connie was very responsive by email and her father Francis explained things when we checked in. Very nice.Francis had some water and food there to get us through our first night. Security staff was always friendly, but we always felt safe in the area of Birgu. The mattresses could be replaced, but that may just be us. I would stay here again. "The apartment was perfect for what we wanted- beautiful view, spacious enough for 2, really comfy beds and even a dishwasher!
